That night
It took all my might
To not stay with you that night
After that drive through the mountains
At 3:30 in the morning
I'm guessing it was pouring
It was too dark to see anything
Through the tall bunches of trees
I finally had your memory out of my head
But you just had to come back
And call me
Asking if I was free
And wanted to go on a drive
Through the raining mountain side
"Do you remember that night?"
Is what you said to me exactly 3 months later
Asking if I could forgive you
I just said goodbye and have a goodnight
Not wanting to remember the night
I wish I could just forget
About that drive
Just thinking about it
Starts to break my heart apart
For the second time around
All because I'm missing your presence
In my life

I can't think of an authors note so here's a life update, I think I made my schools cheer team, I have to perform at the homecoming rally in two days and I almost failed my chemistry test.
