When the sun dies
It's not a one size scale
I love to watch the sunrise
Before my love starts to die
Sometimes you need to cut ties from some young college guys
Especially when one dies looking for the sundial
Before the sun starts to die
Even the wise can lie sometimes
Go to the front lines when the sun dies
It was a onetime game
when love has to hide
It hides during the rough times
Some might be tongue tied from the missing sunshine
The night might need some time
It was a fun ride even when you clung tight
I had to watch the young vines rise to the sky
With my strained eyes
All throughout the night
