Generation
Felt like I was locked in a basement
Because of the basic education
My patience was wasted
By trying to figure out this equation
Couldn't comply with their high expectations
Didn't talk about depression
Unless it was for 'protection'
And to ease the growing tension
Filled out many applications
For some basic college education
Expecting us to want a basic occupation
And not care about discrimination
Or some sexist government legislation
Well, you have the wrong generation
We all have the motivation
Along with the inspiration
We don't use manipulation
Just give them a friendly recommendation
All we want is justification
Along with rehabilitations
Now this is not a suggestion
But an obligation
To the present and future generations
