"Ray," I walk faster than possible to get away from this jerk. "Ray, listen to me, please," I step inside the dormitory. "Ray," Jungkook pulls me with him to the back of the dormitory.

"Let me go," I try to pull back, but he doesn't let me go. "Let me go, Jungkook," I scream, but he doesn't stop. "You are hurting me," He stops and turns to me immediately. I pull my hand from him. "What?"

"Ray, can you listen to me? Just once?"

"No," I shake my head. "I don't want to listen to your explanation. I don't want to know what my mistake was from your mouth. You didn't even bother to tell me about everything before someone else told me. I am sorry to spoil your prepared explanation," I turn around, but Jungkook back hugs me, stopping me. My body relaxes in his arms like it used to do. The longing feelings, all those comforts, everything just got me at the moment.

"Ray, please just listen to me once. Just trust me one more time," My brain, which stopped for a moment, starts to work, and the past flashes in front of me.

"Jeon, let me go," I try to push him, but he doesn't budge.

"It's just one thing I can't do," I stop again.

Even if he is a rowdy and hated student by teachers doesn't change the fact that he is an excellent student. Good in sports, courageous, and whatnot. He is so perfect yet not perfect for me.

"I already left that day," His grip starts to loosen. "From that day, I hate you. I loathe you, Jungkook." I face him to see his shining eyes. "I hate the only person I loved the most."

"Please don't say that," I look away to wipe my tears. "I am sorry, Ray."

"Sorry might fix everything, but it will never fix us ever," I take a step back. "Get lost from my life."

I leave the place with a weak heart. I just want to turn back and run into Jungkook's arms. Hug him as tightly as possible and tell him how much I miss him. Kiss him to tell him how much I still love him.

~ 15:00; Examination hall ~

"Pens down. Please be seated, and no one will talk, or else their sheets will be disqualified. Thank you," I keep my things as the invigilator starts to collect the sheets. I hand the sheets before leaving the class.

I feel much lighter now that exams are over. I accidentally bump into someone. "Oh, I am sorry," I look at the person. "Oh... you..."

"Sorry, Ray," I look away from Yoongi before nodding. I walk past him. "Ray," He calls me. "Listen, can you please talk to Jungkook? Once?"

"How about a no? Will you place a bet on this one as well? How much this time? 200$?"

"Ray, please. We were wrong to do such a thing, but believe me, everything is different now," I roll my eyes at him and turn around. "Jungkook has gone mad," I stop after listening to Yoongi. "I am not supposed to say this, but he has gone numb. He has been drinking and not eating at all. I have just seen him on the ground exhausting himself. And back at the house, he stays in his room only," I bite my bottom lip. "I am not the right person who should tell you everything, but please stop being stubborn. You two are being childish."

I turn to him. "Yoongi, how would you feel when tomorrow you love someone so much that after knowing the girl was just playing? How would you feel after seeing her kissing someone else? How would you feel after knowing all of this from a third person?" He presses his lips, looking down. "That's right. You don't know. You don't know how I feel, so just stay out of this. I don't need your explanation."

I walk away from there, leaving Yoongi standing at the spot. I turn to the entrance. But just for a moment, I feel like I should go to the grounds.

I have just seen him on the ground exhausting himself.

I turn to the ground. I know I am stupid. No one has to remind me. Before looking at the field, I brace myself. "Just going to look at the ground. I didn't know Jungkook was here," I open my eyes to see Jungkook running around the ground. "He is still so stubborn," My heart starts to ache as I see him running lifelessly. "He will faint."

Suddenly a flashback crosses my eyes.

/ Flashback /

"And this is 5th round," Chaeryoung pronounces as boringly as possible. We all look at the seven boys running their last lapse. "I swear I will kill Joon for making us wait. I told him to call me after they are done."

"It is Jungkook, honey," I tilt my head to Bae. "No offense, Mrs. future Jeon, but your lovely boyfriend made them run two more rounds," I laugh while blushing. "Oh c'mon, Jungkook, how can you make your beautiful girlfriend wait in this deadly sun?"

Jungkook laughs as he runs to me. I hand him the water bottle. "I didn't mean to, but I suddenly feel energetic after seeing her," I rub his wet hair. "And if I get this treatment, I will run more."

"No, you will faint," I wipe his sweat. "Let's go now," Jungkook suddenly kisses me in front of everyone. His friends cringe as always.

"Jungkook," Taehyung and Hoseok hit him with their towel. "Quit this PDA."

"Bye, I feel the rush of energy in me. 2 more rounds. C'mon, guys," Jungkook runs away from the spot.

"Jeon Jungkook, come back," I scream, but he already runs half the field.

"Ray, next time, put your hand on your lips. I am not up for two more rounds," Jin complains and lays on the bench.

"Ray, stop him, or we will never be able to leave this place," Yoongi begs me as he lays on another bench. "Who made this fucker the captain? And why am I on the team anyway? I want to quit now," Yoongi nags.

"Jungkook, stop," He comes near as I scream. "Or else I am not gonna ignore you for the whole day," He suddenly runs to me and stops.

"Okay, we are done. Let's go now," Jungkook pants, leaving everyone in relief.

"Thank you, our savior," Jimin bows at me with other guys who look almost dead.

/ Present /

I look away to wipe that one tear, which falls from my left eye, taking me back into reality. I look back at Jungkook after wiping my tear. He sits on the bench, exhausted.

Taehyung approaches him and hands him a water bottle. I can't hear them as I am very far from them.

Jungkook stares at the bottle and says something to Taehyung. He gets up and looks straight towards me. I stumble on my spot before leaving the field. "I must be the dumbest person God has ever created. Why the hell did I go there?" I stop in front of a vending machine, remembering his eyes.

"I miss him."
