Song: You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch
Artist: Tyler, The CreatorAsh's POV:
I woke up to the sound of Christmas Music playing. I groaned and placed my pillow over my head. Janet always starts Christmas morning by playing Christmas music as loud as can be. She makes sure to open the doors too.
"So how was your Christmas present?" I heard a voice ask.
I looked up at Faith and she had a smirk on her face. I nervously smiled and sat up not knowing what to say.
"What umm....what are you talking about?" I asked.
She gave me one of those looks and I smiled and threw the pillow at her. She laughed and got up. We brushed our teeth and washed our faces and went to go wake up the boys. Faith went to wake up Tyler and I ran into Dylan's room.
I took the pillow off his head and he looked at me with a grumpy face. I placed my lips close to his ear and I watched the goosebumps form on his arm. I licked his earlobe and threw the pillow at him and ran out the room. I could hear his footsteps behind me.
I ran down the staircase but before I could turn the corner to be saved my Janet he grabbed me from behind and spun me around.
"Merry Christmas hermosa," he smiled.
"Don't do that unless you're going to finish," he whispered.
He gave me a kiss and then threw me over his shoulder and made his way to the living room. I felt chills run up my spin from how hot that was.
Gabriel was sat next to Janet waiting for all of us to sit down with them. We all gathered around the tree and Janet started her speech.
"Merry Christmas everyone. I'm so happy that we get to spend this Christmas with some new friends. You all are more then welcome to come back whenever you want. I loved having you here. You are all considered a part of my family now. And I wanted to give you three the chance to open your gifts first," she smiled.
She walked over to the tree and took out their gifts. They all looked at them and then at each other and then back at her.
"You didn't have to get us anything Janet. Being here is more than enough," Tyler said.
"Just open them," she laughed.
"Oh and Gabriel that one is from Ash and I," she smiled.
They all looked at each other and began to open them. Tyler was first to open his. Once he did he looked back at Janet.
"I umm....I can't accept it," he whispered.
"Yes you can," I said.
He looked at me and I nodded. He took out his new guitar and examined it. It was a black Fender FA-135CE Concert Acoustic-Electric Guitar.
"Thank you," he smiled.
He got up and gave Janet a hug. I could see how hard he was trying to hold back tears. He sat back down and admired his new guitar.
Next was Faith. She opened hers and her eyes got watery. She didn't even want to take it out the box.
"No one uses it. You're actually the first person to use it. So I didn't really see any point in keeping it here for it to collect dust," Janet smiled.
Faith took out her new cello and tears began to fall down her face. She quickly wiped them away and went to hug Janet. She laughed and hugged her back.
"AHHHHHHHHHH!"
We all turned to look at Gabriel who was holding a frame with my mom's picture on it that she had signed. Janet and I have a lot that we've kept up in the attic.
