Ash's POV:

I walked down the hall and took my key out to open my door. I was so in my head about Katherine that I didn't hear the door behind me open.

"Ash?" I heard him whisper.

I closed my eyes and opened my door. I took a deep breath and turned around. This time I wasn't close to vomiting when I looked at him. His clothes were clean. His face was shaved. The only thing that was wrong was the tear stains on his cheeks and his blood shot eyes.

"Please forgive me," he whispered. I shook my head.

"How can I? After all the shit you put me through," I said.

"I....I didn't mean to," he said taking a step forward. I put my hand up to stop him.

"But you did. Grayson.....you sleeping with her didn't hurt me. The fact that you finally had my trust and you just threw it as if it were nothing. As if we were nothing. That's what hurt."

"Ash...."

"Over a stupid little fight! A fight you started! And you know what?! Thank you. If it weren't for you I wouldn't be with Dylan."

"Don't.....don't say that," he shook his head.

"Why not?! It's true! I'm with him now. And he treats me way better than you ever will."

"That's not true," he said. His voice getting louder.

"It's not? Are you sure? I've been way happier with him. It only took two days for that to happen. Two. Grayson, I've been in this stupid academy for almost a year. A year! And all you've done is made my life a living hell!"

"You made me feel like I was the only girl you wanted. I was so stupid and blind to not see that you were fucking around with the academy's whore."

"But I didn't...."

"What?! You didn't fuck her that night?! Then what the fuck did you do?! Huh?! Tell me Grayson! What the fuck were you two doing ass naked?! Talking?! Watching a movie?!"

"Ash...."

"No, you said you didn't fuck her! So what did you do?!"

"I didn't say...."

"Oh, so you did?! Finally! Wow!" I clapped.

"You finally say the truth for once in your life. Congratulations! You win all the nights with the academy's whore with no worries and no other girl holding you back. But I guess you already had that prize huh?"

With that I turned around and walked in my room. I turned around to close my door and saw him crying. This time......I felt nothing. There was not a bit of me that felt sympathy towards him.

"Goodbye Grayson."

"Ash please!"

"I loved you Grayson! And I still did when I came back!  But every time I came back or we had an argument you got with someone else. You hurt me over and over again. I waited for you to show me love! And all I ever got was disappointment and anger. It was just lust. And that's all it will ever be for you! Your so called "sadness" is just you being disappointed in yourself for being stupid."

"That or because you can't find someone that was as stupid as me to care and fall for someone like you. All the times I wanted you to love me for me. I wanted you to give me what I gave you. And all you ever cared about was my body and how much your status would go up for being with me."
