Family dinner (pt. 4)

*Denki's POV*

Y/N's mom and I sat down on the couch while Y/N and her sister helped clean up. We sat in silence for a solid minute. I mean, what does someone in my position even say? Something like 'Hello, it's nice to meet you. Your daughter and I are dating because I knocked her up. Please don't hate me.'

"So, you and my Y/N are dating, correct?" She asked first. I must say, she has some balls to say something first.

"Y-yes. We are. Mainly because I'm the father of our babies." I said, very nervously, in response. I honestly panicked because what else am I supposed to say? Maybe Kacchan was right during highschool, calling me 'dunce-face'.

"Did you say babies? I was only told of one baby! That little liar," She said probably more to herself than me. I stayed quiet and let her rant to herself. I was too scared of her to interrupt her.

After a moment, Y/N came to save me. She asked me to look after Kito and Morino while her sister and her escorted their mom out of the house.

*Y/N's POV*

"Mom, we have really enjoyed your company. And we both wish you a safe trip home." My sister and I bowed to our mom as she got closer to the door.

However, mom paused for a moment. "Do you seriously think I'm gonna leave? Oh, no. You two have been so irresponsible! I will go home, but I want both of you to follow me." She turned around, and started walking out of the door, expecting both of us to follow. But, my sister spoke up.

"No! We have been very responsible for ourselves and my kids. And we will continue to be responsible when Y/N has her kids!"

This made mom pause again. She turned around and retorted, "Is that any way you should speak to your mother?! I don't think so. I want you and your kids to move back into my house immediately!"

"No! We have lived happy lives here and I'm not gonna interrupt that."

"Oh, really? Kito! Morino!" Mom called for the kids and they came running, "How would you like to live with grandma, hmm? I can give you a better life than these two disgraces of human beings."

Luckily, both kids shook their heads no. "We've already lived a good life so far." Kito started.

"Yeah, and we aren't gonna let you interrupt it." Morino finished.

The mother huffed and closed the door behind her, taking all of the negative energy with her. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief as she left the household.

"Who wants dessert?" S/N asked, and got cheers from both kids.

"I know I do," Denki replied from the hallway. I smiled and went over to him. I planted a small kiss on his lips, which earned an 'Eeeewwww' from the kids. We both laughed as we went over to the rest of everyone.
