"Deanna anong sinabi mo?
Iiwanan ka namin? Si Mama ba nagsabi nun sayo?"
Hindi ko nililingon ang asawa ko.
I didn't even flinch though I was shocked when she suddenly spoke.

She was about to open her mouth again when I shushed her.
