IMAGINE BEING HERMIONE'S AUNT WHO'S A WITCH AND HERMIONE FINDING OUT ABOUT YOU.

Your parents had given you away when you were born. They were very young when they got you, financially and mentally incapable to take care of you, so they thought you'd be better off if you were loved by some other family, someone who had time for you. They named you Y/N so you'd have a piece of them with you, but then you were out of their lives and were raised in L/N family to be Y/N L/N.

But you were magical. As a child, a jar of Nutella had made its way to your room when you had thought of it. It just popped beside your table with a package of bread. And some time before your 11th birthday, a tall, old man with a long beard was at your doorstep. He looked like a wizard, and that he claimed to be a moment later. Your parents laughed, thinking he was either joking or just some general nutjob, but he showed proof, and told them that you were a witch too - and suddenly it all made sense. So you had attended Hogwarts.

As an adult, you had become a successful and liked part of the Ministry, some even said that you'd be the Minister for Magic one day. Your columns about the rights for house elves and werewolves had stirred a great deal of disapproving murmur - but to Hermione Granger, all that was enlightening and she admired you greatly.

Once she was talking about you with her mom, and that's where she noticed the striking resemblance between you two. And that's when she told that she once had a sister, who was given away as a baby, and her name was Y/N.

Now you were at the station to escort your own, three kids to their fourth, fifth and seventh year of Hogwarts. Hermione caught the sight of you, and couldn't resist - she came up to you, introduced herself and carefully told you that she was your niece.

You never believed to meet your biological family - but getting to meet your sister made you emotional, seeing she truly was your sister, you shared some traits and daily use of words, and it didn't take very long to grow close, seeing how similar you were.

Hermione watched her mother and you talking with teacups in hand, you telling about the magical world and how your lives had been, and she smiled, she had reunited her mother with her sister and got a magical aunt now, someone she could ask advice from if she needed help with non-muggle things.
