Chapter 59

(One week later)

"Lijen? What are you doing?" Lisa called our princess na kasalukuyan nag te-take nang pictures sa bulaklak na nasa labas.

"Dada, Am taking pictursh." I smile when I heard her cute voice.

Lisa can't see her kasi nakatuon sa laptop yung mga mata niya eh. May chini-check kasi siyang presentation for the company.

Ako naman nasa kusina lang ako, gumagawa nang kape ni Lisa. Nakikita ko lang sa bintana si Lijen kasi nasa gilid lang naman siya nang bahay.

The camera she's using was a gift from Lisa. Di siya malaki, at di rin mabigat kasi di panaman masyadong malakas si Lijen. She's only 3 years old pero napaka supportive na nang Dad niya when it talks about photography at okay na okay rin naman ako nun.

"Show Daddy the pictures okay?" Lisa said. I saw how Lijen giggle then ran inside the house.

Bumalik ulit ako sa sala, saka nilagay ang kape nang asawa ko sa table.

"Thank you, hon." She said. I smile.
She pull me beside her saka hinalika yung ulo ko.

"Daddy, look thish!" Lijen showed us the picture she took. Lisa and I smile then chuckle.

It was all blured, yet I can see potential in it.

"Wow! It's beautiful Princess. What about, Daddy will print this out hm? Then lets stick it in your room. Want that?" Lisa asked, Lijen smile from ear to ear.

Cute.

"Okay. Daddy will print after work okay?" Lijen then nodded then yawned.

"You sleepy anak?" I asked, she nodded.

"Hmm. Lika dito. Sleep ka kay mommy." Sabi ko at agad naman siya nagpunta.

"Hon, gusto mo rin matulog?" Lisa asked. I nodded saka humiga sa couch.

Lisa spread her legs at pinatong yung ulo ko sa binti niya.

Lijen lay in my body, saka siya pumikit at natulog rin kaagad.

I look at Lisa and she's looking at me.
She smile and that made me already feel enough for her.

Minsan kasi naiisip ko na baka ayaw niya na sakin kasi nga di na ako nag exercise. I gain weight again kasi napapagod na akong mag pa fit eh.

"Tulog ka muna. Gisingin kita mamaya." She said saka ginalaw galaw yung buhok ko.

I smile then start to close my eyes.

Its true, life can give you so much more. But you have to fight for it first bago mo makuha kung anong gusto mong mangyari.

But then life can give you unexpected things to, kasi kung ano talaga yung nakatadhana sayo yun talaga yung para sayo.

I was glad enough to have enough Lisa in this future. She made me whole, she gave me a complete family, she gave me a happy life and happy wife.

She take good care of me everyday, even Lijen. Nagawa niyang mas bigyan kami nang oras bago ang trabaho and that's what made me want her over and over again.

That moment that I became Mrs. Manoban. I already gave her the whole me and she accepted also the whole me.

My flaws, my imperfections, my mistakes and lacks. She accepted the real me, love the real me, embrace the real me.

She love me the way she love me before, sa tingin ko nga mas sumobra pa eh. Pero the way she cared for me before still the way she cared for me up to these days.

How could I ask anything if I already have her and our princess?

No.

I can't ask for more.

Unless, she'll ask another baby cause I'll give her right away. Pfft.

I cooked dinner tonight, kasi gusto ko lang ipagluto ang mag ina ko.

"Daddy, I'm hungry! Can I shee?" I chuckle then carry my princess.

Sobrang mabigat na eh. Buti malakas pa si Daddy.

"I'm hungry, Daddy! Can I eat now?" I laugh.

"Of course, pero pwede bang hintayin mo munang lumamig konte? Ayaw mo naman mapaso diba?" I asked, she shook her head cutely.

"Anak, lika na muna. Help mommy put some plate in the table para ma prepare na ni Daddy yan." Jennie said, I smile at her.

Lijen then go to her at nagpatulong sa munti naming princesa. Ako naman hinain narin ang hinanda saka nilagay sa dining.

"Mommy? I want to play." Lijen spoke. We look at her.

"I though you're hungry?" I asked, she nodded then pout.

Jennie and I look at each other saka natawa nang palihim.

"Tita Chaeng, told me to ask little sister." She said that made my eyes widen.

I gulped, slowly look at Jennie na nakangiti lang sakin.

I pressed my lips. Shet! Mukhang makakagawa nga kami nang maaga.

"Give me little sister, Daddy." Lijen said. I took a deep breath saka hinalikan siya sa ulo.

"Okay. Daddy and Mommy will you little sister okay? Can you wait for that?" I asked, she smile.

"Yes, Daddy! Yeeey! Daddy and Mommy will give me little sister! Little sister!!" Jennie and I look at each other then laugh.

"I think she really needs it hon." I whispered.

"Sinasabi mo lang yan kasi gusto mo rin." I widen my eyes pero tama siya.

Gusto ko na nga sundan si Lijen ngayon.

"Gusto mo rin naman diba?" I asked, she look at me for a moment then peck on my lips.

"Let's eat." She said, I smile.

Malamig na yung pagkain ni Lijen kaya hinayaan na naming kumain siya sa sarili niya.

"It's good. I think sobrang marami ka nang natutunan ah?" Jennie said. I chuckle.

"Of course. Sobrang sarap nga nang asawa ko eh. I mean, sobrang sarap mag luto." Sabi ko at natawa naman siya.

I look at her, she look at me giving the same feeling I still feel for her.

This life I thought I can't experience.
This woman I thought I can't have for the rest of my life.
This child I thought I can't produce.

This family I thought will just remain in my dreams.
The business I thought will always be always on the ground.

The story I thought would be forever on my mind...

These thoughts will remain the thoughts that I will treasure forever.

But this thoughts are no longer my thoughts.

Because right now, right in this moment.

All of those are my reality now, that I THOUGHT would never be real.

"Yah! Lisayah! Akala ko ba gagawa pa tayo nang little sister ni Lijen?"

Ohw.

I almost skipped it.

May ida-dagdag pa pala ako sa realidad, and that's our second baby.

"I'm done, hon! Are you ready?" I asked then went out of the bathroom.

I saw her on the bed, wearing her see through dress. Ugh, Jennie.

"Be ready, Mrs. Manoban. I'm coming for you!" I tease then crawl on top of her.

She placed her arms around my nape, then look at me seductively.

"I'm always ready for you, Manoban. Always..." She said and that very moment, we grant our first child's request.

Though, I really want it to happen.
