I'm home now. Di na muna ako pumasok sa office kasi iba yung pakiramdam ko eh.

"Sweetie? Good thing naabutan pa kita." Mommy spoke kaya napatingin ako sa kanya.

She's already wearing her business attire. She's always stunning in my eyes. She's a fashionable mother I've ever known.

"Mom, you look beautiful today." I said then kissed her cheeks.

"And you're more, sweetheart. Ahm, how are you?" I chuckle.

Awkward ba? Madalas nalang kasi kami nagkikita ni mommy kahit isang bahay lang yung tinutuluyan namin eh.

Kung andito siya nasa office naman ako, kung ako yung nandito nasa office or business trips naman sya.

"I'm fine mom. Maybe, I just need rest." I said then sat in the couch.

She then went in the kitchen.

"I guess too. How's Jisoo?" She asked.

"She's fine. She's still in the hospital but we talked last night. She said she's fine." I said, she nodded.

"That's good then. What about you and Lisa?" She asked. I secretly smile.

"Uhm, we're good now." I said. She look at me.

"You know, I need to know that girl personally." She said.

I love mom more because of this. I mean, she's not that kind of a parent that will control your happiness.

She's just 'Are you happy with that person?' and if you told her 'yes, I am' then she'll support you.

That's all.

"Lisa that made you smile secretly, huh? You're different now sweetie." She said. I'm a bit curious.

"How'd you say?" I asked.  She walk toward me and get her stuffs in the table.

"They say, love makes you happy, but true love makes you truly happy." She said.

"And what do you think this is? They say mothers knows best." She chuckle.

"Hm, I bet the true one." I smile. She then wink then kiss my head.

She walk toward the door and wore her shoe.

"And sweetie?" I stood and look at her.
She smile.

"You gain weight sweetheart." She said then smirk before she went out.

I stayed there unmoved while blinking my eyes multiple times.

I did?

I then went in my room and look at the mirror.

I look at my shoulders down to my toes then back in my belly.

I raise an eyebrow then move my shirt upward.

"Oh?"

The only word I uttered when I saw my tummy looked extra.

I then caress it, but its not like a fatty or something.

(Phone ringing)

Came in my senses, I grab my phone and smile when I saw Lisa's name.

Phone call:

ME: Hello, baby! Goodmorning!
LISA: Goodmorning, hon.

She's still in a husky voice. Umm, that was hot.

ME: You just woke up?
LISA: Yes, hon. I'm still sleepy (Yawning)
ME: Hmn, can I make you a cup of coffee now?
LISA: Yes please?
ME: (Chuckle) Come on, get up now. Don't you have work?
LISA: Ahhh, I have work later. You? Have you eaten?
ME: Uhm, nope. I haven't yet. I'm not going to work today. I'm not feeling well these past few weeks (went in the dining)
LISA: Why? Didn't you see a doctor? Baka ano nayan, Jen.
ME: Hmp! I'm fine baby, okay? Siguro stress lang to sa work and maybe need rest.
LISA: You sure? Pag iba nayan mag pa check kana at wag ka masyadong magpapagod sa trabaho.
ME: (smile) Yes, baby. I will. Don't worry, I'm fine.
LISA: Hm. Can we do facetime now? Later panaman yung work ko.
ME: Yes baby. Off koto, tatawagan kita.
