I got a call from Bam, but quickly end the call down when the condo's door opened.

It reveals Lisa. Looked so tired and bothered.

She look at me, and smile widely. I smile back saka siya nilapitan. I peck on her lips, and embrace her.

Buti nalang di siya nangangamoy malandi at mapanirang babae.

"Sorry, I'm a bit late." She said, I just smiled and help her remove her shoes.

"Kumain kanaba?" I asked, she shook her head. Perfect!

"I cooked food for us. Umalis narin muna si Chu." Sabi ko at tumango lang siya.

Halatang may iniisip.

"Hon okay kalang?" Tanong ko. She hesitated, yet she nods.

"Something happened?" I asked and pull a chair for her.

I prepare the food, then look at her again.

"Where's LiJen?" She asked.

"In the crib. She's sleeping." I answered. She nodded.

She look at me again, like she wants to say something, but can't.

Please, tell me about it, Lisa.

"What's wrong?" I asked, then sat across her.

She took a deep breath, then reach for my hand. I quickly stretched my arms and let her hold it.

"I.. don't wanna have secrets with you, Jennie. I'm just afraid if... if you'll be mad at me, I don't want you to be mad at me." She said, I smile.

"What is it? Tell me." I told her. She look down.

"Mina helped me to find person to, ahm.. advertized the restaurant, right? And.. Yes, she invited a girl named Nancy. She's the one to promote the restaurant's dishes, but.." She stopped, and pressed her lips means she's nervous.

"But?" I asked again.

"I don't think she'll be fine. S-She's obviously f-flirting with me, and for her to promote the restaurant, she wants to take the advertisement with m-me." She said, and that's exactly what I heard from Bam.

I just waited her to tell me herself, and she really did a great job tonight.

I smile, then stood and walk towards her.

I wrapped my arms in her shoulder, then kiss her head.

"I appreciate you for telling me, baby. But that's all?" I asked again.

It's not enough.

"I- uhh, asked Mina about Nancy's background and she told me that Nancy and Mina's sister are friends. Mina's sister is the one who Kai dumbed with, and I was thinking if, if Kai wants to break us again." She said, I chuckle.

"And you think he can?" She shook head head, then kiss the back of my hand.

"No, baby. I just don't want anyone to bother you again. Specially now, that we have Lijen. I can't let anything happen to us again, and so I asked help to Bam. I want to make a move first." She said.

I look at her.

"What are you planning to do then?" I asked.

"I'll give them the same play they want."  I frown.

"Wait, you mean? You'll flirt with that stupid girl too?!" I asked annoyed, she blink her eyes and quickly shook her head.

"N-No baby. Of course not! I'll do everything to avoid her." I bitterly chuckle.
