Nidhi was very much startled to even react to what he had done. A part of her had understood that both of them want this marriage, but another part mocked her for being weak and vulnerable in front of him. She had always wanted her marriage to be a simple but meaningful event. Unlike now, which Abhimanyu decided, not having any near and dear ones. The thought itself made her sad.
On the other hand, outside the room, he was very much restless and angry with himself to behave like an arrogant moron to her. She didn't deserve this side of his. He understood her concerns, but his fears beat the best out of him. Therefore, he had to behave heartless and pushy. After a while of composing himself, he wanted to go to her; to apologise and console her. Then something struck his mind that both of them didn't eat anything after their breakfast. She would be starving and he didn't want her to be sick tomorrow. Thence, he slowly went to the kitchen, prepared some sandwiches for them and brought them to his room.
When he opened the door, he felt some movement in his bed. He went near to the bed and touched her. He realised that she was sleeping curled. He knew somewhat she began to be sick, so he woke her up and fed her forcefully without wasting any time. She felt like gargling up. He quickly passed her a glass of warm water. She was taken aback by his care and fed him his sandwich, gave him his medicines without uttering a word. He felt a tug with her silence but was happy as she still cared for him.
He held her hand and said, 'suno Pari, mein jaantha hun jo bhi mein kar rahi hun, tum uske khilaaf hu... par ek baat yaad rakhna biwi, tum meri ho aur meri hi rehegi. uskeliye mein kuch bhi kar ne keliye bhi tyaar hun.' (Listen, Angel, I know you are against whatever I am doing now, but remember one thing wifey, you are mine and will always remain as mine. I will do anything to make sure of it.) 'Ab so jao. kal bohot jaldi utna hai.... hamari shaadi ke liye.' (Now sleep, we have to wake up very early... for our marriage.) Saying that he hugged her close to his heart so that she wouldn't leave him. He felt her tears staining his shirt, he was sad and hurt, but he kept the arrogant facade.
Nidhi slept out of tiredness after a while, but he couldn't get a wink of sleep as he was nervous, guilty and excited. He was guilty of forcing her into this marriage, but he was nervous and excited that he is going to get married to his love; his Pari. The next morning, he made sure she got ready with the costume he gave and get the driver to go to the nearby temple. They held a small wedding and they were married with north Indian rituals. He filled her hair partition with vermillion, exchanged the garlands and tied the wedding chain around her slender neck. He was very much happy that everything happened as he wanted. As promised he is obliged to keep their marriage a secret till she is ready to announce it.
He couldn't contain his smile all the time. However, Nidhi was drowning in her own misery. His best friends were there to witness their wedding. Karan again reassured her everything will be fine soon. After taking some pictures for memory, the newlyweds head to their lot. This time, Nidhi determined to tell him the truth. She would accept any punishment he would give her.
