Nidhi was crying her heart out in her room. It's been three months now she resides here. She didn't tell anyone what happened to her and her marital life. She just doesn't want to talk about it to anyone. She knew it's not bad for the babies as she is now at the end of the second trimester. She was told that she had quadruplets, but they had to give up two of her fetuses as they didn't show any growth. She found out that she was pregnant a week after the surgery, but two of her babies were unable to be saved due to the medicinal effect. She was happy and sad at the same time. She was happy that she and Abhimanyu are going to have babies but devastated that she has to give up two of their munchkins. She cried, but she also stayed strong. Posterior to it, she knew that she is going to be a single parent. She cried and cried. After the pregnancy revelation, her family showed her the most atrocious side. They disown her and abandon her at the instant. She was thrown out of her parents. While she was wandering helpless, she was found by Asfi accidentally. First, she refused to go with him but Asfandyaar's stern decision made her follow him like a lost puppy. She just told him that she is going to start afresh and she is going to be a single parent. Asfandyaar was enraged at first, mainly on Abhimanyu, but Nidhi told him that Abhimanyu doesn't even know about their baby and she didn't even want him to know about it. She didn't say anything else as she said she would tell him when she is ready to share.

She knew her besties went to her parents to find out about her, but they weren't ready to listen to them so her besties tried to approach her husband. However, they didn't manage to reach him as Nidhi stopped them halfway through. She was also glad that Asfi and Meena didn't ask or find out anything. But things became a bit uglier when one of my father's brothers sent some henchmen to kill me as according to my father and his family, I'm a sin and brought shame to family and society with my pre-marital pregnancy. They didn't let me talk and clarify the truth of my marriage. I know they are conservative though most of them are educated... what an irony! Asfandyaar protected me by capturing those goons and trashed them half dead. They admitted everything in agony. He was really enraged and told my father to stay away from my affairs, or he will face severe consequences. Knowing Asfi's influence in the army and also in politics as one of his uncles is a section minister in the capital, they cooled down and told him that she is dead to them. Seeing that, he has been persuading her to stay with them. All the while she was refusing... saying Armeena needs more care and his attention. But now Armeena is telling her to move in with her and she has clearly told her she won't listen to any nonsense. She knows Armeena doesn't take a no as an answer. Previously she kept quiet because Asfi supported Nidhi and she too was not physically well to fight. But not anymore. She knows her friend will drag her if she declines to stay with them.

All the while she wanted to tell Abhimanyu the truth about her and also to inform him about her pregnancy because he has the right to know that, but at the same time, she fears if he denies it and hates her for cheating him. She is afraid to face him and she knows that she is not strong enough to face his wrath. However, she knew that she loves her husband immensely. No doubt in that. She is contented that she is his wife, even if it is for a short while. She knows that he would have known the truth by now and he would be preparing for a divorce. She doesn't have enough strength and courage to face divorce issues now. She just hopes everything goes smoothly without anyone being hurt. She thought this is her fate: she has to live alone with her children, and his memories.
