Azalea's P.O.V.

I watched them get farther and farther away. I knew that I made the right choice, isolating myself so they could be happy. But, god damn it, it hurt so fucking much. Just seeing him made me want to take it all back, to run back to him.

But he said it himself. I was dead. So I was going to stay that way. Even though Ora and Whirlwind knew my story from the moment I disappeared, I knew that with time, they would except that I wasn't coming back. And I was going to make sure that it would stay that way.

I turned around, trying hard not to let the tears that threatened to spill, out. I pulled my hood up, making sure that my now noticeable horns didn't rip it, before setting off to accomplish the things I needed to do.

'This is for the better.'

"But Azalea.... we need him. YOU need him. Badly.... Yeah, z, we need him. He's our other half, you can't live without him.... z, please just go back to him, we miss him.... his voices miss us too.... HE misses us... but guys, he thinks we're dead... he's completely shut out his voices because of it... maybe if he thinks we're dead, then maybe we should be.... that would be easier... yeah... but we still want him... we still want to experience what life is like with him"

'Will all of you shut up? I'm trying not to cry on a random street in this town, and you guys are making it extremely difficult. Just, please be quiet until we get home.'

The voices listened, actually. I sighed and walked faster, finding some seeds and potatoes that I could plant. I traded some of my stone for other materials, like leather, dried cow meat, and raw mutton.

After getting the things that I needed, I headed back up the mountain. It was at least a half a day trip up there, and another 3 hours before finding the hole where my base is. This was going to be a long journey. And the best part... a certain piglin hybrid wouldn't leave my mind.

Orabella's P.O.V

We had just gotten to their house after about an hour walk. During the trip, I held Michael the entire time and told him the old folktale about the Netherland king. I knew that the others were listening, but I didn't mind. It was one of my favorite stories as a child.

We got in the house, and I was in awe on how clean and neat it looked. It was a really nice house, with oak wood, and blackstone flooring. It was just beautiful.

"Who the fuck are they?" A high pitched voice asked. I turned around and saw a tall boy staring at me from a door way. He had a mound of fluffy blond hair on his head, and had crystal blue eyes. I knew that we were going to have problems.

I glared at him, and he just glared back. You could feel the tension in the room rise.

"Uh, Tommy, this is my sister Ora. Ora, this is my best friend... Tommy." Tubbo squeaked out. I glanced at him, and saw uncertainty written all over his face. My gaze softened and I gave him a  smile. I turned back towards Tommy, but my smile still stuck.

"Nice to meet you, Tommy." I said. He glared at me, and nodded. Rude. His eyes shifted over to Whirlwind, and I instinctively took a step in front of her, glaring at him. I was almost challenging him to do something to her.

"Ora, it's alright." Whirlwind spoke softly, but I heard it. I turned to look at her, and saw determination in her eyes. I sighed, then nodded, stepping out from in front of her. She gave me a smile, then turned towards Tommy.

Tommy's P.O.V

I was watching the two girls interactions. Arie or whatever her name is, was standing in front of the other one, acting as a wall or some shit. It was weird. I heard some mumbling come from the one being shielded, and I saw Orie? sigh and step away from her.
