Chapter 52:

Whirlwind's P.O.V

I watched as Phil and Techno collapsed on the ground, confused. Why did he just go all pyscho because of Azalea? I felt Tommy shift next to me, and looked over at him. There were tears streaming down his face as well, but he was smiling. Wait, why was he crying?

I looked around the room, and saw Ranboo was crying into Tubbo, while Tubbo stroked his head, silent tears streaming down his face. I snapped my head to the other side of the room when I heard a shout. 

Wilbur had jumped up and started cheering really loudly. I smiled, but I was still confused. Then, as if they all had the same thought, all of the males turned their gazes on us. Ora and I exchanged confused glances.

"What did Azalea look like?" Wilbur asked, looking desperate. I looked at Ora, and she just shrugged. I didn't want to give away Z's secret, but yet again, they are my family. I could trust them, couldn't I?

"Well, she was a hybrid. She had a tail and long ears, with mismatched eyes. She was also around 5'7, with hair that reached her waist." I said, trying to keep it vague. They all looked at me, when suddenly, Ranboo spoke.

"W-was she an enderman piglin hybrid?" He choked out. Wait, how the heck does he know?! I slowly nodded, and was surprised by the reactions. Tommy jumped up and started running around the room, screaming at the top of his lunges. You could definitely see the smile on his face.

Wilbur was watching him, a grin on his face. Phil was hugging Techno's shoulders, laughing as his youngest son ran around the room. Ranboo and Tubbo were hugging one more, though they both had wide smiles on their faces. I looked at Ora, and saw she was just as confused as I was. 

I felt a set of eyes on me, and turned to see Techno staring right at me. I stared right back, and he smiled, making his way over to me. Once he was in front of me, I stood up, so that he wasn't towering over me even more. Sure, he was still taller, but now it wasn't as much.

I was surprised at what happened next. Before I even knew what was happening, Techno wrapped his arms around my shoulders and pulled me into a bone crushing hug. I made a small sound, but hugged him back, glad that my oldest brother was finally showing affection.

"Thank you... so much. You don't know how much this means to us, to me." He whispered in my ear. I smiled, still confused on what he meant, said you're welcome anyways. We pulled back, and that was the first time I have ever seen him with true happiness in his eyes. I was shocked.

The last time I saw true happiness in his eyes is when he first held a battle axe. That was 5 years prior. Now I was just down right questioning what was happening in this family. Luckily, I didn't have to voice my thoughts.

"Can someone tell me what the sea pickles is going on here?!" Ora shouted. I smiled at her choice or words, but nodded along with her. Everyone nodded, and we all took our seats back, although Tommy and Ora switched theirs, so she was sitting by me while Tommy was sitting by Tubbo.

"Alright, so what do you guys want to know?" Phil asked. 

"Why are you all so happy hearing about Z?" Ora said, crossing her arms. I nodded, and studied each of them. Phil sighed, before diving into a story that would change our moods very quickly.

"Zia was... she was special to us. She had sanguinem audiens as well. She was Tommy's first friend, he was 5 and she was eight. Then, when she turned eleven, she had her first episode. She killed her parents, and almost killed Ranboo, who is her twin brother."

"Then she was on the run for about 11 years before Tommy found her again. She was badly hurt, so he healed her, and they built a cabin up north of here, near the mountains. They lived there for a bit, before Tubbo, Wilbur, Techno, and myself decided to visit him. That's when we found out she existed."

"Techno found her diary, and confronted Tommy about it. I guess either he contacted her, or she realized that she left it. So she just popped up, scared the living shit out of everyone here, especially Techno. He was jumpier since something happened between-"

"Something happened between my old best friend, and I just wasn't me yet." Techno jumped in. Ora and I nodded in synch, me not realizing who he was talking about. Oh, how stupid I was.

Phil continued to explain about what happened. How she had an episode, making them realize she had sanguinem audiens. Them taking her to their house, finding out she was a hybrid, realizing that Ranboo was her twin. Then realizing that Nikki was her old friend. I didn't like Nikki much, but that's just me. 

He explained how she became a part of the family in just a few days. I was shocked to find that they went on a rampage in L'manberg when she got kidnapped by the king. Then everything leading up to her kidnapping. How she was going to get her nephew with Tubbo and Ranboo, when she got kidnapped. 

"Wait, so Z and I are sister-in-laws?" Ora asked. Tubbo and Ranboo looked at each other, before shrugging.

"I guess so." Tubbo answered. Ora nodded, and leaned back in her seat

"Wait, if Z and Techno get married, does that mean that I'm her sister-in-law as well?" I asked. I could hear spluttering behind me and turned around to see Techno looking at me in shock, his face completely red along with his ears. I smirked at him, and turned back around.

"Yep!" Wilbur said, smirking. I looked around and saw everyone was staring at Techno, teasing looks on their faces.

"Now wait just a min-"

"Don't deny you haven't thought about it before, Tech." I said, cutting him off. I heard him huff.

"I could still beat you in a fight, Phoenix. Don't forget that." He threw over his shoulder, walking towards his drawing room. I huffed in announce as he referenced my gamer tag. I looked at Phil when he cleared his throat, and continued with his story.

That's when I started to get angry.

"So let me get this straight." I said, gritting my teeth and fisting my hands. "Z disappeared for a month or more, and you all thought she died?!"
