The group of them were all walking down to Platform 9, 3/4. Narcissa stayed home, as they said their goodbyes at the Malfoy Manor. They walked through the wall of bricks, making their way onto the train full of people.

Ravenna wasn't excited, she didn't want to be here. She wished to be at the manor. She looked to her right and saw Astra, walking next to Lynx, holding his hand. It was his first year. Ravenna would be joining Draco and Astra's 7th year, with Tom and Mattheo.

They walked through the train to the very last compartment, they wished for privacy.

The train smelled of dust and books.

Ravenna took the first choice of seating by the window, while Lynx had run off with the intentions to make new friends. Draco and Tom sat on opposite ends of Astra, who was in the middle, on the other bench. Something about Tom made Astra uneasy, Ravenna could easily tell.

Mattheo had no other choice but to sit next to his fiancée.

Ravenna gave him a cold glare before turning to face the window. She wanted to block out the world. She wanted to block out him. She stared at all the people waving to their kids before they returned to the renowned school of magic. Ravenna envied it. She was sure the lot of them did too. She wondered what it was like to have a traditional family that was perfectly normal.

"I'll be back, I need to talk to someone" Draco muttered and with that he left. Astra rolled her eyes, knowing exactly where he was going. Draco wasn't the best at keeping secrets, and Astra was the last person he could keep them from.

The train started moving, starting it's journey to the school. Ravenna looked out the window peacefully as she watched the world go by.

The ride would be 6 hours long. We've been on for two, so we should get there around nightfall. You can ignore him until then.

Her third hour into the ride and Ravenna was getting impatient. She got up, walking to the door of the compartment.

"And where do you think you're going?" Mattheo said from behind her.

Without looking back she left.

I owe him no explanations for anything.

She walked through the walls of the steel train, looking in the compartments as she wandered. She spotted Lynx sitting in the middle of 2 girls, with 3 boys on the other bench.

He was gonna be a little man whore.

Draco caught her attention, as she saw her cousin leave another train compartment, heading to another. As she passed by the cart he was previously in, she saw a beautiful blonde girl, smiling to herself. She paid no mind as she kept following him.

She kept walking till she saw someone.

Not just someone but the most important person in her life. Ravenna froze looking at him, to make sure she wasn't mistaken.

Sitting by the window next to a boy with dark features and short hair. Across from him was a girl with short black hair and her blonde haired cousin.

She opened the door, "Teddy?"

The boy froze at the nickname, still looking out the window he slowly turned his head.

"Venna?"

Her best friend was right in front of her. His face filled with confusion quickly faded, happiness taking over. He jumped up taking one long stride to her, picking her up in a hug.
