"Clueless to the most known things."

content warning: talks of self harm and just mental instability in general lol.

Ravenna stood in her bathroom, putting on eyeliner as she got ready for the SlugClub dinner. When she finally perfected the wing, she sighed taking in the beautiful picture that was her face.

Theodore came around the corner of the door into her line of view with a spaghetti-strap dress that had green sequins from the breast to the knees.

That's absolutely atrocious.

"Venna, you'd look so hot in this." he says sarcastically.

Ravenna laughed, "I don't even remember how I got that."

Teddy chuckled, he had exquisite taste in fashion. He loved being able to help his best friend, and he was more than happy he wasn't invited. Being around a bunch of smart-arse students who don't know how to have fun, sounds miserable.

He goes back into the closet, while Ravenna goes back to fixing herself up. She looked at the challenge that was her hair.

"Teddyyyy." she groaned.

He peaked his head into the door frame. She turned her head pouting. She pointed to her hair.

"Help me please."

He signed, he walked over to her. He picked up a hair tie, swiftly and gently gathering the top half of her head of thick curls. He put the top half into a low ponytail with the front two ringlets running down her face. She truly was beautiful. He saw her beauty while see looked at the girl she never wanted to be.

She smiled softly, "Thank you." she muttered, leaning up to kiss him on his cheek.

He smiled, "Of course, I love helping charity."

Ravenna gasped, "That was uncalled for, thank you sir."

He chuckled, going back to the closet, looking for a decent dress for the girl in the other room to wear.

She looked down at her wrist, pulling the sleeve to the right one, a grim look came across her face. Embarrassment, she felt embarrassed looking at the scars, the white old ones, and the red-tint to the newer ones.

The complete cruelty she inflicted on her self, and why? To reestablish control? To make all of the pain, the vile, dark, pain that Ravenna did her best to hide, to let it out? Ravenna had never really pondered why she did what she did, but it felt that way for a lot of things.

A sad part of her wished there were more. Wished that they were more visible, more potent on her skin. Another part wanted nothing more than for them to disappear. To simply go away, along with all of the hurt and the thoughts that weighed her down.
