Izzie Stevens: Here to Stay

Izzie is with Bailey Jackson and Lexie at the ambulance bay when a car arrives. They walk up to the car to see a wife yelling at her husband to get out of the car but he refuses.

Bailey finally convinces him to get out of the car. When he gets out of the car they see he is covered in warts completely covering his face and hands.

Dr.Sloan proposes an idea for surgery that wouldn't be a long term solution but would give him a few years of normalcy. He refuses but his wife gives him an ultimatum so he couldn't refuse.

Jackson and Izzie show the rest of the residents their wart patient while Lexie is stuck taking care of him when Meredith tells them about the 27 year old 'virgin' patient that aspirated a condom.

"It was in her lung?" Izzie asked Meredith

"I'm gonna gag" Jackson adds

"And her husband thinks she's a virgin"

"Guys check it out" Jackson interrupts them as he reveals the wart patient Lexie is stuck taking care of.

They keep laughing at Lexie trying not to gag while taking care of him when Amelia walks up to them.

"Hey what are we all watching" Amelia asks before she looks through the window. "Woah, poor guy. And poor doctor"

"Wait" Izzie interrupts her "you're Derek's sister right?"

"Yes nice to meet you" Amelia shakes her hand "and you are?"

"Oh Izzie Stevens"

"Izzie Stevens I've heard so much about you"

"Oh seriously" Izzie gets a huge smiles on her face surprised Derek must've said so many good things about her work.

"Yeah, You're case was a big deal, I am still blown away Derek was able to debunk both tumors"

"Oh" Izzie's smile fades "yeah he's amazing"

"Yeah well I have to go, nice to meet you" Amelia walks away.

Later on during lunch time they all went down to a desk at the nurses station and started discussing their first times.

"Iz how about you? When was you're first time"
Alex asked her.

Izzie really didn't want to answer because it just reminded her of Hannah but it would seems weird if she was the only one who didn't answer.

"Few weeks before my 16th birthday" she answers "Seth Olsen, senior, he was a complete ass."

Lastly they asked April and she responded with the least realistic story they'd ever heard.

"HA you're a virgin" Alex laughed a her.

April defends herself "no I'm not"

They all agree with Alex

"Oh my god you are" Cristina laughs "Jackson go do it. Do it right now. Go deflower her." Cristina says as she pushes Jackson towards April.

"Leave her alone" Meredith defends her. "April the beach at sunset sounds very nice"

They bring Jerry into surgery and begin cutting the horn off his fingers. Jerry doesn't have enough skin without warts and ends up having a lot of open wounds. After they're done they realize they need to do surgery in stages and it will take longer for him to live an anywhere near normal life.

When they all got off of work some of the residents headed over to Joe's. They keep trying to convince April to admit she's a virgin but she keeps refusing.

"Stop!" April finally snaps at them "I'm a Virgin. So what? We all have things we don't talk about. Alex you've been afraid of the elevator for like a month, but I never said anything about it because it's none of my business. Jackson, you wake up screaming every morning because you have nightmares. Izzie you've been upset all day because now you're scared you'll always be identified with cancer. And Meredith, you're afraid to talk about Cristina because you're afraid she's never gonna be the same Cristina again. And Lexie Mark never thought you were a psycho, He loves you. That's why he can't stop staring at you. We all have stuff we don't talk about!"

The whole table goes quiet, unaware of what to say now that they all got called out.

"You know what April" Meredith says "I'm liking you more and more everyday"
