Chapter 25
Harry’s P.O.V
“That sounds good mate, lets go with that, yeah guys?” Louis asked the group, getting five nods in response. “Well, lets get you recorded and then I guess we can work on some other stuff” Louis added, always persistent on getting our work done. As I stood up, I nodded down to Ed on my right, signaling for him to come with me. I didn’t know the song well, and I knew I was going to need some help. Everyone shuffled around, Louis sitting next to Liam at the computer, scrolling through youtube. Zayn kept his seat on the ground, picking up a guitar, and strumming a few chords from one of our recent singles. Niall hovered over Liam and Louis’s backs, three pairs of eyes glued to the screen in front of them.
“Kids” I joked to Ed, chuckling at their attachment to the device. I sent a small nod to Ed, signaling it was time to go record, until a small shriek stopped us both in our tracks. Turning on our heels, Ed and I directed our attention to where the noise came from, immediately finding the source. Jumping out of his seat, giddy with awe, Louis had all eyes on him. Niall and Liam still had their eyes on the screen in front of them, jaws nearly on the floor.
“We have to find her!” Louis shrieked, earning a groan from me due to his obnoxious fits. Ed and I eventually roamed over to the computer, letting our curiosity get the best of us. By the time we were all hovered around the spot, the video had nearly ended, the soft angelic voice coming to a stop.
“Who is she?” Liam asked, eyes wide in awe.
“She’s so good” Niall chimed in, getting a short “yeah” from the rest of them
“We have to find her, get her signed, or something!” Zayn added. When I finally leaned down to the level of the monitor, my eyes focused, and my jaw dropped in disbelief like it had the rest of the boys.
“That might not be so hard” I finally said, all eyes suddenly on me. Not only was the girl on the screen a phenomenal singer and guitar player, she happened to be none other than Louise Chamberlain herself.
