!EXTRA LONG CHAPTER!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Before I start with this chapter, I've been using a different style and I'm going to try it out on here so let me know if you like it because I will try my hardest to keep up with it! It's mainly just more imagery and better words and stuff. I was going to try a different style as far as how the paragraphs would look but I'm on a crappy chromebook so I wouldn't be able to yet because some keys are broken.
This chapter is also a little twist, Harley and Joker each leaders of their own band in the same highschool. When they battle it out they each sing a song and fall in love <<333 super corny lmao I know but I'm bored and wanted to upload so here ya go XD.
I grabbed my bookbag and I ran out into the rainy morning. I darted down the gravel driveway, feet pounding on the wet ground as I tried to get to the end fast enough for the bus.
As I neared the edge I heard the screech of wet bus brakes. Out from behind the trees appeared the nose of the truck, halting to a stop as the doors flung open.
I tried catching my breath as I skipped up the steps. I stood at the front of the aisle, out of breath, wet, and searching the bus seats. There she was. I slid down the aisle to a seat near the back. As I flung myself down I felt the bus lurch forward. I flung my arm up and around the girl next to me.
"Ow! What the fuck Harley! And you made me mess up!" She retaliated jabbing me in the side with her pencil.
I glanced down to see a drawing of some vines and plants and a giant pencil mark in the middle of it.
"Oops...I'm sorry Ives.." I said sheepishly. She just shook her head at me.
I shrugged and plugged an earbud into my phone. I scrolled through my playlist until I found a good chill song to listen to. 'La La La by Naughty Boy and Will Smith' I laid my head back, putting the other earbud in and turning the volume loud as it could go. I smiled to myself as it felt like the music flowed through my ears and around me.
Before I knew it I felt the bus skid to a stop, throwing me forward a little. I opened my eyes and gathered everything together. I hopped off the steps and started off towards the side door before remembering a certain someone.
"Oh! Ivy which way are you goin-" I started before seeing her already walking away. Probably a little upset at me still.
I turned around and strided towards the door, humming the same song as I walked in. I stepped onto the rug in front of the door, dragging my shoes to wipe off any extra water. I turned right and started walking down the hall. I weaved my way through the hallway of gross sweaty teenagers until I reached the staircase.
I bounced up the stairs and walked down another hallway. I reached a wall lined with lockers and flung my bag on the ground. I spun the lock to my combination and flung the metal door open. I reached down and dug through my bag, grabbing the books I wouldn't need until later and shoved them into the already stuffed locker.
As I tried to close it a piece of paper floated out of it. I reached down and picked it up.
'The Joking Jestsers playing down at the local diner the night of October 25th! Come down and see! August 25th @ 10pm!'
I scowled. Of course they'd play right after us...always have to get the last laugh.
I ripped the paper up and slammed the locker shut, walking off to my first class when I looked up and met eye contact with big sparkling green eyes.
Time felt like it slowed down painfully slow. There he stood in front of me. Jack. Tall, muscular, pale skinned guy. With messy green dyed hair, green eyes, and a smirk that could kill. I let my gaze go down his body, taking it all in.
