I rolled over and huffed. I was bored out of my mind, impatiently waiting. It had been a few days since the fight with Joker and he told Charlie to tell me Ivy was coming today. I didn't even know what time it was, I was just impatiently waiting and waiting.

I rolled over again, getting more agitated. I looked towards the door as I heard the lock slide across the door. I jumped up, excited. The door opened to reveal Charlie who smiled. His smile faded as he noticed my face fall.

"Think I was Ivy?" He asked, walking in. I nodded and flopped back down on the bed. He sat down next to the bed.

"Well," I rolled over looking at him. "I brought another game!" He said. He reached in his pocket and pulled a pack of cards out. "Uno!" I giggled at his big smile. I knew he was trying to make me feel better, especially since we both knew Joker might cause a scene later with Ivy here.

I sat up and sat crisscross as he began setting out 7 cards for each of us. I picked mine up and organized them around.

"Ok, starting issss..." He said flipping the top card on the stack. "A blue 8!" He said. "I'll go first!" I said, putting down a blue 1. He smiled and put down a green 1, ruining my chance to keep up with blue, it was the color I had the most of. I frowned and glanced at my cards. I sighed and drew one. A green 7!

"Ha! Right away!" I said sticking my tongue out. He laughed and placed another card.

"UNO!" I yelled out. "Shhhh, little too loud." Charlie shushed, laughing. We had played a few rounds, him winning all of them until now. He had a pretty big stack of cards and I was down to one. I watched as he placed a yellow like my last, and I threw my last yellow card down. "Ha!! I win!" I said feeling smug.

He shook his head, smiling. His pocket buzzed and he pulled out his phone. After a minute he quickly gathered the cards and stood up, walking to the door. "They're here, I'll be bacl, this time with Ivy." He said winking at me before closing the door. I smiled and jumped up and down, silently cheering to myself. She was finally here.

I flopped on the mattress and waited. A few minutes passed and I heard footsteps above me, leading to the stairs then down. The lock slid and opened to show Joker scowling. He stepped aside and let Ivy walk in. He spun around to Charlie.

"They talk about anything remotely about her leaving again and you tell me, got it?" He snapped at him. Charlie nodded, a stern look on his face. He had Joker thinking he was loyal to him, that he never talked to me and was just as nasty as him. Joker glanced back at us once more before stomping upstairs. Charlie closed the door on us, but left the peephole slot open, so he could hear and see us incase Joker came down.

I jumped towards Ivy, engulfing her in a hug. "I missed you so much Red." I said burying my face in her neck. She chuckled.

"I've missed you too. Now we need to talk before he comes back, he's not giving us much time together." She replied, pulling away from the hug.

"Joker checked me before letting me in, I hid a phone in my hair." She said, reaching up and untying her hair from a bun. Indeed, a phone fell out of her long hair. She tied it back up. "I'm going to give this to Charlie until Joker's gone after I leave. Use it to message me. I'm getting you out of here." She explained. She walked over to the door and handed Charlie the phone through the slot.

"How?? I don't even know what I'd do when I'm out of here. I have no where to go but Joker, no other villian wants me around. I'm only alive because of Joker.." I trailed off, sitting down on the mattress. Ivy walked over and sat next to me, pulling me closer. I rested my head on her shoulder.

"I know, but I have a plan. I just need you to trust me, ok?" She said. I nodded. "Good. Now why don't we enjoy the rest of the visit we have left." She said.
