Ok! A mother's day special for all of you guys! This will be extremely fluffy, and the chances of Zoro being...well Zoro, are kinda slim. Anyway, hope you enjoy! Also, thanks for 5k readers, guys! I'm over the moon! I love you all! (Aaannnddd...maybe I'll do a 5k reader special...with a lemon ;).) Comment if you'd like that guys! Thanks again!
Looking at yourself in the full-length mirror, you couldn't help but grin. All you were wearing was your skinny jeans, and a bra. And as you examined yourself, you imagined how big your belly would grow in the months to come.
That's right. You were pregnant.
The farther?
Well, who other then the greatest swordsman in the world?
He didn't know it yet, but Zoro was destined to become a daddy. What better day to brake it to him then mother's day?
Of course, you were nervous. And these nerves meant you were in no rush to tell your beloved. In the end, you concluded you'd tell him when he next approached you.
-Le Skippy-
Everyone was gathered around the table, eating, laughing, being merry. You were walking on egg-shells around everyone. Mainly because, much like Zoro, you enjoyed your alcohol. So when you turned it down, everyone quickly began to panic.
That, and the fact that Robin quickly deduced you were pregnant. But she promised not to say anything. It's not like you didn't trust her, but... You were nervous. You really wanted Zoro to find out first, and you certainly weren't telling him here.
As dinner finished, your nerves began to grow. Until you just felt sickly and anxious, so you decided to postpone your confession and aid Sanji in cleaning up.
That gave you an extra half an hour to prepare, and once you were done, you took a deep breath and walked on deck. Knowing that's where he had headed after dinner.
Once you got there, you saw his back leaned over the railing slightly. His head in his left palm as he quietly admired the night sky.
Of course, he wasn't one to go without noticing a presence, and turned to face you. A small smile tugged at his lips, and he turned to rest both elbows on the railing, watching you approach.
Once you were close enough, you put your hands on his shoulders, and leaned up, catching his lips in a gentle kiss that made him tingle all over.
Once you pulled back, you frowned softly, and his face fell immediately.
"Babe, what's wrong?"
He asked softly, arms moving to rest on your waist as he looked deep into your (e/c) eyes.
It took a lot of control not to smile evily, and I'm the end, you resorted to looking away. Something that made the swordsman feel more on edge.
"I'm disappointed in you Roronoa, it's mother's day and you didn't even get me a present."
You whine, biting your lip to stop yourself from grinning like an idiot. You turned to face him, and saw a very confused look on his face.
"But...you're not a mum."
He said quietly.
Bingo.
That's the exact reaction you had hoped for. Finally allowing yourself a smile, you wound your arms around him, and buried your face in his chest. Smiling softly, you whispered,
"Not yet. But in about 9 months, I will..."
It was silent for a few minutes, before you hear him gasp. He pushes you away by your shoulders, and lowers his head to look deep into your eyes. A wide smile begining to take over his face.
