Obscurity (2) - JJ Maybank

THE GOLD PT II.

After a long and successful day of doing absolutely nothing, Aria was lying asleep on the couch when someone knocking woke her up.

"If I don't know you, then go away, if I do know you, then I don't want to know you, so go away!" Aria shouted as she rolled over.

"Lord have mercy on me, I will break down this door and drag your butt to school, wake the hell up girl!" Jenson yelled back from the other side of the wall.

"I hate you!" Aria groaned. She pushed herself off of her bed and towards the front door, she saw Jenson standing there with an expecting look on their face.

"Okay, I'm done. I have let you mop around all summer over your ex boy-toy but now we are going to school and I am taking you with me, so bring that cute little butt in an outfit for the day and let's go," Jenson replied walking straight into Aria's house.

Since Aria wasn't spending any time with the Pogues, or anyone, Jenson took it upon themself to make Aria attempt to return to her usual witty self, starting with school.

"This is shit, and did I mention I hate you," Aria complained as she and Jenson started walking closer to school.

"Many times actually, and it won't be that bad, you may not even see your former boy wonder," Jenson replied happily since being back at school.

"That might be hard," Aria mumbled look straight ahead seeing three familiar heads.

"What do you mean?" Jenson asked then followed her gaze. "Oh,"

"Yeah," Aria mumbled.

"Okay, I know this is like, a very sad moment for you seeing your old friends walking straight for us, but can I say damn girl, those men cute as hell, and that girl looks like a freakin empress, so much power, ohh I love her shoes-" Jenson started to rant.

"Jenson," Aria stopped them.

"Yeah, Oh, don't worry girl, you cute as well," Jenson kissed her cheek.

"Hey, Aria. We didn't expect to see you here," Pope stated shocked.

"Yeah, well, I hoped not to see you here," Aria whispered, mainly about JJ, no one except Jenson heard it.

"Don't be mean," Jenson kicked Aria on her leg.

"Ow, you bitch that actually hurt," Aria mumbled and look straight at Jenson. The Pogues looked confused as to what was going on.

"You deserved it," Jenson snapped.

"Oh, go suck off your boyfriend," Aria mumbled. Jenson was comfortable enough with sexuality to withstand comments like these from her, in fact, they actually liked getting them.

"Okay, I think I see him now, bye-bye," Jenson exclaimed.

"No, wait- I wasn't being serious, don't leave me alone," Aria whispered the last bit considering Jenson was already gone. Aria looked back to the Pogues, not looking at JJ though.

"Oookay, well I'm gonna, uh, I'm gonna go to class, see you guys, later, I guess," Aria mumbled already walking away from them.

"Great, she hates us, thank you very much JJ," Kie scoffed watching her friend walk away.

"Hey, I don't exactly like the fact that she won't even look at me," JJ returned annoyed but slightly hurt.

"I mean, you did tell her you didn't love her," Pope responded.

"Yes, I know what I said Pope, give me a break," JJ muttered.

"God how many breaks do you need, first one from Aria, now one from us, make a decision dude," Kie muttered.
