The Pogues had somewhere along the way lost sight of Rose, it had taken them until sunrise to re-find Rose's car. JJ, being the first to see it lunged forward, forgetting he was in a car pointing through the windscreen to said car.
"That's her! That's her! A quarter mile on the left! Quarter mile!" JJ screamed to John B just as on edge as Aria in the back. The girl herself pulled her body forward by the two front seats almost sitting in the space in between.
John B followed Rose's car into a dock, one that looked very much like a dock that drugs would get brought to... but anyway. Aria very much questioned the intelligence of Rose and Wheeze, apparently, since the Pogues had now been following them for a few streets and they hadn't seen them.
Fortunately for them, the Twinkie had managed to survive until the dock before the engine started to splutter so John B had to pull it off the road behind a bush so it would be seen instantly.
"We did it ol' girl. We did it," John B murmurs taking the keys out of the car and trying to see what was going on. John B cursed when he couldn't see as much as he hoped, all three of the pogues getting out of the Twinkie and following behind him.
JJ's anxiety obviously boosted as they got out and as much as Aria puts on her tough façade, she couldn't help but admit that this situation was scaring her.
JJ gripped her hand, pulling her closer, that way he couldn't lose her if she were right next to him. John B lead them, as JJ also held the pliers under his jumper. They followed a big, red truck that was going through security, running past it when it stopped at the guard.
Sneaking in through a broken fence, JJ went first then he pulled Aria with him and John B followed shortly after, completely unnoticed by the guards.
"Holy shit..." Aria mumbled slightly scared by the amount of things going on around her, she missed her bed right about now. JJ kissed her knuckles swiftly and pulled her along with him as they ran after John B, them all just pretending to know what the hell was going on.
"Shit," John B cursed when he saw the boat in front on them, JJ taking notice after him.
"Wait. The Coastal Venture. Dude, I know that ship," JJ slapped John B's arm softly. "My dad did legs on her last summer. It's a total tramp steamer. I worked on her in port."
"There's the cross. Right there, look," John B pointed up.
"All right, send her up!" The three of the Pogues heard the workers yell.
"That's rafe," Aria whispered staring at him, more specifically thinking about how much he changed in the last year.
"God, I hate that guy," John B muttered, glaring daggers at the taller boy.
"Come on, baby." They heard the shrill voice followed by a grunt. Swiftly turning their heads to see Rose and Wheezie standing by while a man dragged Sarah out of the car.
"Hey, there she is," John B whispered his attention now souly on the blond walking with the man. "JJ, Ari, we gotta come up with a plan."
"I know. I'm working on it. May- maybe if we get over to that barge, we go over. We'll have to get into the water, though. Then we're gonna be sitting ducks, so I don't know-" JJ spoke.
"Howdy," Someone spoke behind the three.
Aria gasped quietly, muttering curse after curse as she turned around to see two of her friends coming over. By the way they both stopped and hesitated she guessed JJ and John B did the same.
"Holy fucking shit," Aria breathed out.
"Whoa! I was about to stab your eyes out," JJ spoke, pushing two fingers forward, almost to really sell his reaction.
