Physically I'm doing ok, mentally not so much. It breaks me every day. I spend my nights alone in my bedroom with just my thoughts to keep me going and that's not a nice place for anybody.
Thanks to my autism support workers and my close friends I'm slow getting back to myself, it's going to be a lot of sleepless nights and painful days but I'll get their.
I hope this book can help someone, somewhere somehow.
If your a vulnerable adult please take notice of your surroundings, everybody is one bad decision away form a nightmare, please take care.
If you know anybody that is vulnerable please look out for them, you don't want to have to worry about them like my friends do with me. Help, support and guide them.
