We soon reached the gym, I quickly changed my trainers and took of my hoodie before joining the guys. I did just as much as the guys without problems, except the press ups, I reached 25, 5 more Fred said, you can do it, I could just about do it, waited for the others to finish theirs. Last 5 sprints everyone, Fred said, Ast were far quicker than me, see sexy can´t completely compete with you I said afterwards when we were stretching out, yet Ast grinned giving me a kiss, got a quick shower before we headed to the dance studio. Right Laura you just try to follow the guys Leon grinned after Ast had told him about me winning over him in Just dance. I struggled a bit keeping up and during a spin I made a wrong movement making me twist my ankle and fall on my bum, making Ast stop and coming over to me, see I can´t dance, aw come on babe he said helping me up, ouch my foot I complained, what´s wrong Ast asked, it hurts I said not putting weight on it, come here babe he said helping me over to a chair, I sat down putting my foot up on another, Ast removed my shoe and sock, oh it´s started to swell, I´m sorry babe, Ast it´s not your fault I said giving him a kiss, here you go Leon said coming with an icepack, thanks Leon Ast said. I just sat watching them the rest of the time, after lunch they were joined by their dancers, ohh you´ve been dancing again Jeff grinned, yeah somehow managed to win over Ast in Just dance yesterday, so he wanted to test me, but I really can´t, that´s not true Reesh said, you were actually doing quite well until your little accident, you think so I grinned, yeah he smiled, he´s right Ast said, you just need practice, yeah well won´t be able to do that for a while now, I´m so clumsy, no you´re not babe Ast said giving me kiss. Right guys back to work Leon shouted, I sat and watched them for a bit before getting my phone out, taking a pic of my foot, tweeting: “This is what happens when you think you can dance as good as JLS lol”. After two hours they were finally finished for the day, the dance routines were amazing, couldn´t wait to see it on stage, how´s the foot Ast asked as he came over, do you think you can stand on it? He helped me up, I tried standing on it, ouch, nope I can´t I sighed, right think we need to go to the A&E to get it looked at Ast said, ahh don´t fancy sitting there all night, I´m sure it´ll be fine tomorrow I tried, Ast is right Leon said, it´s best to get it looked at, alright then I sighed, I put my sock on, but there were no way I could get my shoe on, so put that in Ast´s bag. Ast helped me down to the car, hope it´s not anything serious Marv said hugging me, JB and Reesh came over hugging me too. We soon reached the A&E, Ast came over helping me out of the car and inside, luckily there weren´t a long waiting time, so soon got in, were sent off to x-ray, it weren´t broken though, I had a sprained ankle, so it got bandaged and I got a pair of crutches, had to rest it for a week, you ok Ast asked as we made our way out, yeah, glad it wasn´t worse I smiled, Ast´s phone buzzed, it´s Marv, they are at Nandos and he´s asking if we´re joining them, yeah, let´s do that I said. We soon reached Nandos, heading inside where the others had got a table, Rochelle and Chloe were there too, ohh no, how bad is it Marv asked when he saw me, it´s only sprained, gotta rest it for a week, so not too bad, well it´s good it wasn´t worse he said. I´m tired Ast I said as we came home, but it´s only 8pm? He said, but let´s get you upstairs then he said picking me up, aw Ast I can go by myself I grinned, as he carried me to the bedroom, do you need the bathroom? He asked before putting me down, yeah I grinned, he were so sweet. I hopped back to the bedroom sitting down on the bed undressing before slipping under the duvet, Ast undressed too and joined me, mmh you don´t have to go to bed so early I smiled giving him a kiss, but I want to he said with a cheeky grin as he started caressing me, slipping his hand down to my bum, you up for it he whispered kissing me, of course sexy I smiled, he carefully took off my knickers before letting himself into me, thrusting slow and hard, ohh god Ast that´s good I said as he made me climax, he went faster until he came too, mmh love you babe he said kissing me afterwards, love you too sexy I said caressing his face, we laid cuddling for a while, hey what´s up with the funny faces he asked, does it hurt a lot? Yeah it does, I sobbed, I wasn´t sure it were supposed to hurt that much, had a thumbing pain in it, I´ll be right back Ast said and went downstairs, returning with two painkillers, a glass of water and the big blanket from the sofa, here you go babe, they should help a bit, I sat up taking the pills, while Ast folded the blanket and laid it in the foot end of the bed, he sat down beside me and hugged me, you´ll have to lay on your back tonight, keeping your foot high he said wiping my tears away, thanks Ast I said dragging him in for a kiss, my tongue asking for entrance, now try to get some sleep he said as we broke apart, climbing over to his side of the bed, as I laid down, he wrapped his arm around me, kissing me on the forehead, night Laura, night Ast, I said smiling at him, he were the perfect boyfriend, always so caring.
