We got up and I got dressed, heading down to the kitchen eating breakfast together with Ast. Gotta go now he said coming over giving me a tender kiss, mmh gonna miss you I smiled caressing his cheek, it´s only a few hours silly he grinned, shopping trip when I get home? He asked, sure sexy I said giving him a passionate kiss, deal then he said giving me a hug before going out. I made myself a mug of hot chocolate before getting comfy in the sofa turning the TV on ready to watch Loose Women.

Hey, there you are, couldn´t you tear yourself apart from Laura Reesh grinned when I arrived at the TV studio, it were more the other way around I grinned, yeah right he said nudging me, Aast your turn in the chair now Marv called, alright I said taking my t-shirt off before sitting down, ohh we got to cover that the make up stylist said pointing to the love bite Laura had made yesterday, first you have to cover a bald head, now a love bite JB grinned, haha very funny I said, well he´s nearly bald now too, what are you gonna do about that Reesh teased, shut it you I grinned, I were soon done in the makeup. Right think we can cover it by buttoning all the buttons on your shirt she said passing it to me, hmm not quite she said, do you have a turtleneck jumper she asked, nope not something I normally wear I said, alright I´ll be right back she said going out, damn always up to trouble you two Reesh grinned getting dressed, she´s just very passionate I grinned, you´re like two teenagers sometimes Marv grinned, oii enough now I said, just as the stylist got back, here you go she said handing me a black turtleneck, and if you put your shirt over, it won´t look too bad she said. The producer came in, you guys ready he asked, yes they are Richard said ushering us out, no more love bites before an interview or buy yourself some turtlenecks he grinned at me, sounds like I´m gonna get stick for this for a while I grinned.
We got ready in the studio as we were on after the break. We talked about the new single first and you´re performing that for us at the end Jill said, we are indeed Marv said. So Aston, we´re very lucky you´re sat here today, as it is less than two weeks since you were shot after a night out, that´s right, I weren´t the target though, I were very lucky and were released from hospital after just three days I said, yeah he´s a tough guy our Ast Reesh said padding me on my shoulder. So how are the pregnant ladies doing they asked me and Marv, well Rochelle is doing really great, she´s getting big now and have some funny cravings, the little man is doing just fine and we can´t wait Marv said, what about Laura Jill asked me, she´s doing amazing, only just stopped her dancing after the GTD semifinal, ohh I saw that, they were brilliant, and seems like you´ve got competition with the backflips Sharon grinned, yeah she really took me by surprise there I said, but yeah everything is going fine, she´s a bit more emotional, but both her and Lucca are doing fine, we´ve had our ups and downs lately, but things couldn´t be better right now I smiled.
So this charity of yours, you have relaunched it and have teamed up with cancer research UK, yeah we have, it´s all very exciting JB said, tell us about the event you´re hosting for the official relaunch the 5th of October Sharon said, well firtstly we´re all four shaving our heads and we´ll donate 100pounds for each person coming along doing the same I said, yeah fans can sponsor us four at the just-giving link on the website JB said, and for those not fancying shaving their hair off there will be plenty of other activities to take part in, and every pound raised at the event and on the just-giving page will go towards the charity Marv said, so who of you are looking least forward to have a shaved head they asked, we all pointed at Reesh, oii he just said grinning, well we would have thought it were Aston after we saw this video from your tour, they then showed one of the videos from youtube from when I got my hair shaved off in Newcastle, making everyone laugh, but then there´s pics like these, they showed a quick slideshow of my recent half shaven looks, you don´t seem to mind so much anymore they asked, naa it´s cool I grinned, Reesh rubbed my head, I tried to nudge him. Right after the break the lovely JLS are performing their coming single “Forever”, when is it out? October the 14th Marv said. After we had performed we got back to the dressing room, god I´m getting off this jumper now, it´s soo hot, well that´ll teach you not showing up with love bites next time Marv grinned, right I´ll see you guys in the studio tomorrow I grinned before heading out, yeah see you Ast.
