Chapter 44: Page 7

Kate's POV

I rushed to the middle of the city.

The place looks like a place were there is war.

Fire is everywhere. Some people are working and that is so wondering.

"Uhm Trixie what is happening?" I asked.

"Uhm maybe....It's Luciana that done this." She said.

"Luciana?" Angeline asked.

"Just read it loudly in front." Trixie said.

I went to the fountain. There is a large fountain in the middle of this city. I saw a lady wearing a dark red gown with a black cape. She is wearing a crown on her head.

I didn't mind her and I stood at the top of the fountain's chair-like part.

I flipped the pages. The pages where all ruined. The only page that can be read is page 7. The letters were small but I can read them.

My mother told me once:

"Dear, don't give up on your dreams, alright?"

I was so surprised that she told me that. Then later on, I realised that she wants me to remember that. That night she died.

I knew a story. The real me.

I was the youngest daugther of the current Royal Family.

That moment, I also remembered words mother told me.

"Use your dreams to help people, not to harm."

"Learn to forgive, my child."

"Serve the people, and they shall serve you."

I started forgetting those words Mother told me always.

I started doing evil.

I promised my self I would rule the whole univerese and will serve me as their Queen. All creatures shall suffer.

I know that I'm supposed to do that but I am willing to. I hate my self so much and now I feel like telling myself to stop cursing the world.

My heart tells me to don't do that. There are people that needs to live freely and feel happiness.

But my brain tells me to don't give up. I need to let them feel what I felt. All the things that happen to me needs to happen to them.

My heart.... but my brain....My heart tells that....no my brain tells me to..

I don't know. Maybe I need to follow my brain cause it can think more than the heart?

Ok. I have a decision. I will do it.

When there's a problem, maybe I need to read this again.

"You don't have to be a Queen. You can just help people and make them happy. They can serve you too. I know you want power but power can only take you to harm. You can still make people happy without power. You do not own the universe. Just accept who you are and they will accept you too."

I finished reading that. I noticed many people are looking at me. I saw the lady wearing a dark red gown looking at me.

I was surprised when tears fell from her eye.

"Young lady, who gave you that book?" She said coming near me.

"Emily gave this to me." I said.

"Give me that." She said.

"No." I shouted.

"Give that to the Queen. That is an order." She said.

"No! Let Emily wake up!" I screamed.

"No, give that to me." She said.

"No! Never! Luciana, you don't need to be a queen. People will like you just the way you are. It is unfair when you are the only one happy and everyone one suffering. You should've just wait before. Someone will help you stand up." I said.

She was speachless.

"Please, let Emily free." A tear escaped from my eye.

"Okay. I will let her free but......" She waved her hand.

"She needs to be in my side." She continued.

Emily appeared on her side.

"Grandma stop this." She said.

Emily's POV

I saw myself in the city. Luciana was beside me.

"Grandma stop this." I said.

I saw the other princesses.

"Emily!" I saw Chloe.

"Chloe!" I said and hugged her.

"Thank you!" She said.

Luciana grew again. She was bigger than before.

"Not even my diary can change my mind anymore." She said.

Soon she attacked the city.

"Princesses, we need to do something!" I shouted.

The wind blew harder.

"What can we do?! She's too powerful." Claire said.

"We should try." Ashley said.

"Uhmm. Chloe, Zyrra, and Anne. Go get the people to safety." Claire said.

"Guys, let's attack Luciana." I said.

We tried to attack Luciana. I used all my powers to attack her.

"It isn't working!" I screamed.

"Let's fly!" Ashley said.

Claire and I followed her.

"Grandma, please stop it!" I screamed.

I kept attacking her but it's not working.

Luciana is about to kill all the children but I blocked her.

"Even if you're a Queen or not, you're still my grandmother." I said.

"Mother?" I heared a voice.

It's my Mom.
