Chapter 22: Sports Festival

Emily's POV

I wore my yellow shirt, shorts, sneakers, a white jacket because it's still windy, and my yellow tied bandana. I tied my hair.

I took my bag. I made sure everything is complete. I went downstairs and ate my breakfast.

"Emily! Good luck! I know your good in volleyball! I use to play with you when you're a kid." My mom said.

"Thanks mom. Bye dad." I said waving.

"Bye sweetie. Good luck." He said.

I left.

"Emily!!!!! You look just like before!!!" Kate screamed.

"Yeah, right. Come on let's go to our room." I said.

"Yeah. Let's go!" She said pulling me.

We got there.

Everyone in the Highschool building is wearing yellow.

"Okay, class do your best okay?" Our teacher said.

"Yes ma'am! Highschool team fighting!!!!" We shouted.

We went to the gym. We started the festival.

"Good morning everyone!!!!" The host said.

Most of the students screamed because of their happiness. Especially the elementary team.

"Is everyone ready?" The host asked. The screams became even more louder.

"I can't hear you. Elemtary team!" The host said. The elementary team shouted so loud.

"Highschool team!" All the highschool students screamed so loud including me.

"College team!" The collage team shouted too.

"I think everybody is ready. All the basketball teams, please get ready." The  Host said

"First, the elementary team vs. the highschool team. The winner will play against the college team." The host explained.

The basket ball game starts.

"Highschool team! Highschool team!" We cheered.

As one highschool player scores, we scream.

After the 1st quarter, the scores were:

Highschool: 33

Elementary: 34

The elementary ream was good but still we are cheering highschool team.

"Ahhhhhhhhh!" We screamed because Ben got a triple score.

At the end of the game, the final scores were:

Highschool: 105

Elementary: 102

Which means we won!!!!

"YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYY" We screamed really really loud.

"Highschool basket ball team wins!!! Which means Highschool basket ball team will play against College team and the winner is our basketball champion!"

The other game starts. I admit this day is fun. Sooo fun. I haven't joined Sport Festivals before.

After the game:

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" We screamed.

"Our Basketball champion!!! Highschool basketball team!!!!" The emcee said.
