Chapter 33: Creatures of the Forest

Emily's POV

"It won't be the end."

I jumped at the cliff.

While falling, I opened the sling bag Mr. Harris gave me.

Wait, am I flying?

I looked at around me. I saw a shadow of a dragon behind me. I can't see any dragons.

"The power of flight." I mumbled.

"Thank you Sir. Harris." I whispered.

Soon, I slowly landed on land.

"Claire!!!!!!" I called.

"Ashley!!!!!!" I called again.

No one was responding.

"Who are you?" I heared someone.

I turned around and I saw a white rabbit.

"Emily. Princess Emily of Rubico." I said. I went closer to the rabbit.

"I'm Walter." He said.

"You're a princess?" He asked.

"Yes, I am." I sat beside the rock were Walter was standing.

"You don't have a crown." He said again.

"Do I need one?"

"Yes. You're from Rubico, am I right?"

"Yes, I am."

"You're the lost daugther!" He exclaimed.

"Yes, I am. My father hasn't planned for my coronation day. But he said it will be soon."

"Why are you going this way, your majesty?"

"I was on my way to Diamonda with Princess Claire and Princess Ashley. But- I got lost." I said.

"Wait, hold on. Why are you going to Diamonda?"

"Uhm. You see Queen Luciana's curse is coming. Now, the Chosen Princesses needs to get to the Diamonda before anything else." I said.

"Queen Luciana's curse. Hmm." Walter touched his ear and pulled it downwards.

"Follow me." He said.

I followed him.

"Where are you leading me?" I asked.

He didn't spoke but I continued following him.

"Walter! Wait for me!" I shouted.

He's so fast. I mean, he is a bunny. So, is he in a hurry?

I saw him stop, I looked at the view.

"Come along."

It was a cave covered with diamond-like flowers. The flowers was hanging like a curtain.

I came inside, it lead into a paradise-like garden. Wow, it's beautiful.

"Your majesty, welcome to the Birthstone garden." Walter said.

"It's beautiful." I said.

"This is we're the pure magic lives." He said.

"Really? What does it look like anyway?" I asked.

"Well, pure magic came from the water of Diamonda. Then a special deer drank it. Pure magic grew inside the horns of the deer. No Birthstone men has ever discover this. Will, you keep that a secret?" Walter said.

"Why do you need to keep it as a secret anyway?" I asked

"To keep Queen Luciana from coming in here. You see, that deer is very delicate. If Luciana ever fights that deer, it can't fight back. Pure magic can die, princess."

"Is that so?"

"Yes it is. Come this way, I'll show you the deer." Walter said.

Claire's POV

"Ashley!!! Emily!!!" I screamed.

I'm still lost here. Oh my God. What am I gonna do now?

"Do you need help?" I heared someone.

"Stay back!!" I yelled.

"I'll show you the way, your majesty. Don't be afraid." I saw a hawk flew near me.

"Have you seen my friends?" I asked.

"Yes, I did. But first, I want you to touch my head." It said.

"Where's your manners?! I'm a Princess and why are you telling me what to do? If you won't respect me then, I don't need you're help."

I did that to protect myself. Mr. Harris told me that if anyone disrespect me, it's someone who serves Luciana.

"Don't go there your majesty. You're going back to Rubico if you go that way." He said.

I looked at it's direction.

"Diamonda's this way. I'm telling the truth. Would you please touch my head." He said.

It flew nearer to me.

I touched his head. I don't feel like doing it, I feel someone is controlling me.

"Look at your self. HAHAHHAHAHA"
