It's an understatement how Techno hated the looks at this abomination of a school, he thinks there are too many perverts and too many reeks of hormones in the air, with the female population being the highest as he enters the school his presence was noticed by a large group of perverted women who reeks of hormones. So his presence was talked about in the academy in less than 20- 10 (?) minutes.
Techno: this school looks like a government building, who built this was on a crack or something I mean won't he think an anarchist transfer here and see this abomination of a building won't they burn this to the ground, CAN'T BE ME.
