"Just listen"
"This is stupid" he responded as she held a conch by his ear. She always found a way to convince Miles. This wasn't really how he thought their walk on the beach would turn out. Even though he knew Summer, she always surprised him even though he knew how crazy but lovable she was.
Miles could hear the crashing waves in the distance and low chattering. He could hear conversations which made it difficult for him to concentrate on the blue conch.
"I can't hear anything over the loud mouths" he exhaled.
"There's no one here." The one thing Summer was destined to do in life was to convince Miles of all the wonders in life.
