Laysa's pov

It was almost 2 p.m and I couldn't stay still.
Gee should come today. Yesterday when he couldn't come I felt too lonely and sad. He is the highlight of my day. And I know that I shouldn't be wasting his time and needing attention that I don't deserve.

"You have a visitor." Hearing that sentence made my eyes light up.
I sprinted to the visiting room.
Gee was standing with his back to me.
I ran to him and hugged him from the back.
He chuckled and turned around wrapping his arms around me.

"Missed me?" He asked giggling.
"Yeah, it was so boring and lonely."
"Well, now I'm here so you don't have to feel lonely."
"Yea," I said nodding to his chest.

We sat down at 'our' table, we have sat there every time he came to visit.

"So what did you do yesterday?" He asked.
"Well, we had group therapy and arts and crafts, pretty boring."
"You don't like group therapy huh?" He asked looking at me.
"No, not really."
"What did you do in arts and crafts?"
"A keychain, even though I have nothing to do with it."

"But what did you do?" I asked him.
"I had a meeting about a new comic book and went grocery shopping, nothing much really." He answered.

Our conversation went on for a little while, until he got a text.
"Oh, sorry I have to cut short today. I'm so sorry." He said after looking at his phone.
"Oh okay." I said looking down at my hands.

"I-I have somethi- never mind." I mumbled.
"Huh? You have what? I want to know." Gee said.
"Promise you won't laugh because it's pretty childish." I said while pulling on my sleeves.
"No, I won't."
"Okay, umm I made this for you actually." I said taking the keychain out of my pocket and handing it to him.
He took it from my hand with a big smile on his face.
"Thanks, it's so beautiful."
"I was a little proud of it." I said in a low voice, fidgeting with my finger and looking down at the ground.
"A little? You should be more proud than a little, much more." He said as his friendly smile grew and he placed his hand on my shoulder.
I felt the warm feeling flash through my body because of his touch.
