1: I know what you did.
Before you continue: most of you guys are kinda confused about the twin brother thingy. Travis' brother is Harris (The football player that Ellie just encountered). Not Jack. Lol.
Carry on!
ELSA
"Sorry, I'm late"
His perfect catchy voice beamed in, tickling our butts off. There's this sudden reaction where in I unconsciously stood on my toes feeling a little giddy yet my nervousness increased at his presence. All heads were turned as he made his way to the back seat. I even heard a wince in front at the right side as her clockwise neck stiffened.
I gulped.
"Class, Mr. Frost." Prof pointed out, introducing him to us. "He will be with us for the first three periods as an observer for—not only the teacher—but for you, guys." As for someone staying in the front, my view would be nothing but pressed faces, smiling like wild idiots, hearing the good news.
"Continue." Greg lowly ordered as I play with my fingers before I began. "I'm Ellie-"
"Hi!" My classmates greeted in unison making me freeze in confusion. O-kay? Was that even necessary? I thought to myself but half of me liked the way they treat me. They're friendly after all. I smiled at them, feeling more open. "I'm a transferee who came from the province, Meirville."
I stopped for a moment to secretly glance at the god who was sitting yards away but sadly, he was paying his full attention to those papers on his arm chair.
I'm not so sure if this glance would still be a secret at how long and obvious it was. I slightly frowned before continuing. "I like books and I'm fond of-"
"-colorful striped socks." Professor Greg finishes it off with one scary tone as he looked at my leg. Chuckles roamed followed by trailing hushes. "Ms. Rhindale, sorry to cut you off but designed socks are prohibited in this university."
I frowned. "But I bought them for the whole year." My voice was of a whisper, trying to not embarrass myself in front of the crowd. "Then buy plain ones." He chuckled but I protested again.
"I need to save for my allowance, sir." I said firmly and looked over to find my classmates smiling. I even saw Travis grinning in amusement.
Greg looked at me for a moment and sighed. "Very well," He murmured before calling the next student to present. I felt relieved, letting out my breathe and slowly walking back up towards the back.
The room was kind of like an auditorium where in the board, in front, is in a lower part and the floor gradually grows higher until it reaches the back. Like in the cinema for instance. That's why I chose to sit at the back part where I can see everyone at a high part.
Good thing I wasn't near- sighted or something. And what excites me more is the fact that Travis' seat and a few more space were the only one which separates the observer's seat and mine.
An undefined smile crept to my face as I made my way to my chair, accepting Travis' high-five. "You're one brave idiot to answer the professor Gregory of chemishit like that." I chuckled at his remark.
"He's not that bad."
"Probably, 'coz you don't know him that much." I shrugged. "Probably."
I mumbled as I turn my head again to face him. I squinted my eyes, biting the insides of my cheek as I saw no one. He's gone.
Was I stalking him?
I can't believe I am. I've never been a stalker before and I promised myself to never will be because that is just disturbing.
