13: I'm hurt because you've forgotten about me.

ELSA

What was that all about? It was too shocking! My heart was pumping fast as the picture of his wounded face came to my mind again. He's seriously injured! I need to help him, or something! There's no doubt that he will not agree on going to the infirmary since his rival was going to be there as well. I should go and get the first-aid kit to him, instead! Yeah, that would work.

He is now my friend, right? What's wrong with being concerned towards a friend? I quickly ran heading towards the university's clinic to borrow the first-aid kit. "Hey, can I help you?" The nurse approached me with a smile.

"I just need some first aid. Could I borrow a kit?" I asked politely and she nodded before leaving. I sat on the couch, waiting for it. My eyes fixed on a certain patient inside the room. Waisting no time, I stood and walked near him.

"You should learn your lesson." I spoke, eyeing his shiny charcoal coloured hair. He raised his head from glancing the ground to look at me. His gold eyes met mine in a harsh tone. I felt shocked at the intensity of his stare. I bet those are gold contact lenses.

I suddenly lose my words. I felt like, I don't even have a point since I'm not included in this fighting scene or even his perverted life. What if because of this stupidity, it'll involve me in his mischief and might do something sinful! Those eyes of him seriously screams death, darkness, and danger.

I gulped, showing ease. "I don't remember seeing you before." He said with a smirk. A smirk? I was expecting for him to glare at me, arguing with me that I have nothing to do with him and this is his own life and blah blah. He just scares me some more.

"I'm... Ellie. Class 3-A. I'm a transferee, so..." I introduced, thinking he could be nice through that facade. "Remind me, 'Ellie from 3-A', what lesson should I be learning here, again?" He played the fool. I don't like people who I need to repeat myself to. They irritate me.

I gave him a look and he chuckled. "Oohh, I remember. To stay out of Rivory's way, next time. Well, tell you what? He's the one who's always blocking my path." He spat, snatching the ice bag from the nurse's hand and cured himself.

He looks like one of the drug dealers by the streets. His doesn't have his grey coat on, his uniform was unbuttoned, and a black T shirt was on beneath of it.

He looks like a gangster to me! No matter how he looks, I still need to act brave enough to convince him that what he is doing is beyond wrong, in behalf of Jack.

Jack. I can't believe that guy. Instead of peacefully talking with him to change his point of view, he would seriously punch his guts off, thinking that 'strategy' would change him. But what he doesn't know, he's just pouring fuel to the fire. Now, all this 'bring the peace plan' to the university just causes war.

Ironic, I know.

"Because technically, you were the stubborn dude, harassing that poor girl! You should be ashamed of yourself for doing that." I lectured but his eyes never left mine. I'm actually expecting for the worst, now. He might shout at my face, embarrassing me inside the clinic or call me names. I have to be ready for a comeback! Sad to say, I'm not good with them.

"What's with you and your 'woman rights' anyway?" He asked like it was the same question that everyone wants to know the answer about. I scowled at him but he spoke first before I could eve give my super long homily.

"I'm guessing you're a virgin." He inquired and without thinking, I answered back. "Of course, idiot. That's why I—" My eyes widened when I realized I just gave out an information that would probably push me from the edge on the cliff to danger! Oh my God, out of all people, I have to spit it out to a rapist-looking guy! Or basically, he is a rapist! Nooooo!!
