4: What are you planning, Jackson?
JACK
"But he destroyed the whole cafeteria!"
"Mhm," I hummed, not in the interest on arguing with her... again. "-the painted new walls were ruined. So as every machine found inside the room! All junk!," Thiana huffed, playing with her brown hair with pink and purple highlights.
Though, I'm not that pissed, hearing her complains, today not like the other days. Today's lunch was lasagna and tart for dessert. My favorites. So, I'm kinda satisfied now to even care about what they're blabbering about. As I recall, this should be the H.U.S.C. (Halley University Student Council)'s meeting.
As everyone knows, she's the student council secretary. "Yeah," I sighed again. "And everyone is complaining! Even the parents. What would the reputation of the school be? We all know that this university is intended for the wealthy. What would they think of this, now?" The treasurer, Raymund butt in, crossing his arms. Though I used to call him 'bunny' as a tease.
"Come on, Jackson. You're the student council moderator. We're all looking forward to what we should do with him, who ever he is. And I believe so that that would be your job, dimwit." Merida, the sergent at arms, hissed.
They all looked at me as I just sat there, completely bored with my feet on the table. Good thing, the president isn't here or I'm in deep trouble again.
I sighed, with their grumpy faces irritating me before I spoke. "Listen, I have hings under control and planned out willingly to find the culprit behind the incident."
"Good, cuz if he's one of the pranksters in school, I'll bet he'll do it again and again until the school's dignity is nothing but dust." Bunny cut me off. Shut up Raymond the rabbit. I'd want to shout at his face but I think it'll just make everything worst. Good thing I still have my control.
"That my friend, is an option if he is a prankster. But if he did it against his intentions, then a back up punishment is already prepared so no need with this shitty council meeting." I huffed, placing my hands behind my head.
Merida rolled her eyes at my laziness. "Better find him, Jack so the things that needed tobe fixed with be paid off." With that, the bum left the council room, entering the elevator.
Busy as always.
I just lied there, my eyes closed. A smile crept on my face, knowing that my plan is turning out perfectly good. This might be easier than I thought this would be. "You know who he is, huh?"
I opened my eyes to find no one in the room except Sandy. He's a blonde and one quiet guy. I'd always get shocked, hearing his voice. I just smirked, looking up at the ceiling.
"Yep," I answered playfully. I'm okay, telling my secrets to him. He's silent and a loyal friend, anyway. "It's quite obvious, though if you'd ask me." He spoke again making me chuckle. "Who's the culprit?" He asked and somehow, I don't want to tell him. But I don't want to lie as well. "Elsa Lee Rhindale," I answered.
"Not familiar. A transferee, perhaps?" I just nodded my head in thought. In my peripheral vision, he's looking sterny at me as if he's suspicious of my plan. "What are you planning, Jackson?" He finally asked and that just made me laugh. "Nothing, old friend. She just somehow thrills me." I spoke as the two of us walked out of the council room.
"Well, it's a miracle for Jackson to like someone." He murmured, nudging me. "I don't like her, Sandy." I replied. Emphasizing every word. It's not like I have this cliche feelings over someone so retarded. Let's just say that I'm juts being helpful but with a good catch.
