9: I wanna make you feel better.

ELSA

I hope I didn't looked too surprised for them. That was so embarrassing, I didn't knew! Now I just realized, I didn't asked him if he was in a relationship and he is! And they were abut to do... the thingy! Ugh! I covered my face as I walked away, rubbing it to take away the thought.

It wasn't my fault, though. The SC secretary said, students should approach her to sign in the clubs that you'd prefer to join. And I'm so excited about it!

There were flyers on the school's board of different clubs to choose from, promoting their activities and all of the students are so nuts about it, there were a commotion going on, surrounding the board! I'd like to enter the ice skating club! I love ice skating sinceI was a kid.

Yet, I shouldn't have opened the door and wait for her command. How disrespectful of me! I should feel ashamed about myself.

"Stop hiding, Rhindale." I turned around to see two girls, crossing their arms. Ugh, them again. Where's their leader, Astrid? "We know, it's you. The mystery girl that's seducing Jack!" She accused.

Hearing his name just brings me back to the memory of me, sleeping on his bed. How the hell did I even end up lying there? I was horrified to imagine the worst last night. "Excuse me?" I questioned, looking at them as if they have forgot their manners. Well, basically, they did.

"Stop playing the fool. Someone spot you two, dating and went to a hotel! You're a bitch!" I felt my lips parted, hearing her like that. Oh no, I hope my tears won't show at this current time. I'm really sensitive when it comes to fights. I hope I'm strong enough to face this one.

"Hotel?" I asked, confused. "The rumors said, otherwise." Rumors? Oh god, is it spreaded?! My dignity! My reputation! All ruined and gone! I hate to put a stop on this. This is for my family's name. My parents would kill me, and worst—It'll go all in the media that the family rival's daughter and son are hooking up! And it's the wrong information! I need to stop this at once.

"He's my roommate. Two rooms, actually." I corrected. They might have the wrong idea. "We live in the same apartment. That's that." I scowled at them and they just look at each other. "Wait 'till your parents hears about that!"

Oh no, not them! "Could you just stay out of my life?! We're childhood friends, okay? And we're not doing anything wrong!" I spat before walking away with them, rolling my eyes.

When I got pass them, I sighed in relief and my shoulders relaxed. That was close. And good enough, I made it clear. But what haunts me is the thought of my parents and his parents, knowing our agreement—Also with the horrifying rumors going on.

I looked around to see people staring at me. I suddenly felt the warm liquid covering my eyes. I feel mortified. Being laughed at. Being disgust at. People would say, I'm a disgrace o my clan. They'll think, the good daughter hooks with the playboy every night. His is depressing!

I wiped my eyes, before tears could even roll down my cheeks as I walked faster.

TUD

I looked up to see Travis, looking startled as I hit my head on his chest. "I'm sorry," I apologized, not looking at him, straight in the eyes. I'm too red to even look at him. I bet he also know about the rumors, spreading. "It's fine," The british said, concerned.

"Are you okay?" He asked, tilting to see me face. "No," I said. "I'm okay." I gave out a fake smile which I bet he concluded too. "You can tell me." Right now, I want to cry. My life, my family's reputation, and our business depends on justice. How am I going to make things right? I just shook my head, facing away.
