It was a cold winter day in London, England. I, Chloe Kirby was heading home from the Bernie's house (they are the people I baby-sat for). On my way home I had decided I would stop in the nearest Starbucks and pick me up a hot chocolate since I had to walk five miles home. It was a long walk, but the pay was totally worth it.
I had only lived in London a few years now and was still getting use to the place. It was so big and everywhere you looked it seemed like you saw something new. I liked it here though. I was 15 at the moment and wasn't the most popular girl in school, I didn't have to be. The friends I had were the best and they were all I needed. I may not have had a ton of friends, but the ones I did were the best anyone could ask for.
Anyway, as I walked down the busy street it seemed like a thousand things were happening at once. That's when I got hit. Not by a car, no, but by a bike! The guy must have been going 15 miles an hour! That kid must have been a loon for going that fast on a busy London side-walk! If it wouldn't have been for him though I wouldn't have been able to see the most amazing eyes in the world.
