Here, when you are feral, anything that moves becomes food. When I went feral, many, many, MANY monsters were slaughtered by me and eaten. My father included. It was one of his last attempts to tame my feral state, and while the experiment was successful, one of the assistants didn't lock me in properly. That had ended in everyone's death in the lab. Almost everyone. I'd blinded Alphys, but she'd escaped. Gaster.. the last I saw of him was a dust trail headed for the C.O.R.E. The next day I regained control of myself. With all that happened.. I never wanted to feed off another monster again. Especially not my bro. Humans and supernaturals became main main source of food.

"TODAY I WILL FIND A HUMAN!" My red eyed, feral gaze shifted to Papyrus. No monster dared come near him nowing my reputation for devoring them. I didn't do such things anymore, but they didn't know that. It saw nice to keep it under my belt. A quick snarl had anything that wanted to harm us running. Even other feral monsters knew to stay the hell away from me. I supposed their sensed the threat I carried. Papyrus seemed oblivious to my predicament. I never brought it up. Nor did he. "sure, have a good feeling about today." I always said that to entertain his ideologies. Keep his hope up.

Undyne and Papyrus were off training. I watched for awhile before going to the castle. "how's rule making going?" I knew the answer to that. "Horrible."
"noone listening?" The king sighed. "How am I supposed to enforce rules if I can't follow them myself? My instincts always get the better of me."
"i think that's everyone's problem here. the hunger has been making more and more monsters go feral. i'm lucky it hasn't happened to paps yet. stars be damned if it does."
"Yet.. you are feral and having a completely normal conversation with me."
"... there's no such thing as normal when i'm involved." I replied simply.

"alphys." The dino shivered with fear. I didn't blame her. "is it ready?" She nodded quickly, fearfully. "i'll be taking it than. She stumbled up and over to a table she felt around for a syringe. Inside was a thick, dark red liquid. "and that'll do it?"
"I- it worked f-for y-you.." I took it from her and tucked it in my pocket. Papyrus wasn't going feral. Not ever. He's not going through what I had. I pivoted on a paw. "see ya, al."

🪦🪦🪦

"what do you call two guys with no arm, no legs, hanging in front of a window?" I asked Toriel. "I do not know, what do you call them?"
"Curt and Rod." She busted out laughing. "Oh my! So casual for something so dark."
"it's a gift."
"My friend?" She sounded serious. "hm?"
"If a human ever passes through these doors.. protect them?"
"i.." Shit. "I know they are a food source, but please!"
"alright, alright.. i promise.."

🪦🪦🪦

I came downstairs for breakfast when I was blindsided. Fuck! Papyrus! I twisted in Papyrus' grip and he snarled, trying to tear into me. I tried to pin him down, snarling myself. I grabbed the syringe. "not today! not ever!" He was hella taller and escaped me. He's headed for the door. No he don't! I teleported in front of him. He whipped around, tail slamming me into the door. "rrr!" I caught it though. He went on the attack, trying to murder me. Nope! I stabbed the needle into his tail and injected the liquid into him. He swayed a little, and shook his skull, muttering intelligently. He was no longer interested in escaping or eating me. I hoped that was a good thing. I sighed. "peachy."
