"Shizune, can you find Tsuki and I a reputable realtor? We're gonna have to buy a larger house soon with the baby on the way." Kakashi pulled a piece of paper out of his pocket and handed it to his long-time assistant, "You can tell them this is our budget and what we want in the house. They can just curate some houses for us to look at in the Village and we'll go see them when Tsuki and I have free time."
Shizune scanned the paper and slightly gasped at their budget cap, "Sure thing, Lord Sixth, I'll get right on it!"
Kakashi gave her a closed eyes smile, "Thank you, and you can send Maki in whenever."
"Okay, I believe she's ready so I'll give her a call." Shizune exited the office and closed the door behind her.
Kakashi immediately reached for his phone, and called Tsuki's office down the hall. She recognized the extension and answered in the fakest customer service voice she could muster, "Hello, Lord Sixth! How may I help you on this fine morning?"
Kakashi snorted, "Hey-uh, Shizune's gonna send in Maki to discuss what they've uncovered in the forbidden archives. You wanna come in here so you can participate, Miss Advisor?"
Tsuki let out a short laugh, "Sure, I'll be right there.."
Click! Kakashi hung up his phone when he heard the dial tone echo in his ear. Shortly after Tsuki walked in and took a seat in front of his desk.
Kakashi lazily rested his chin in his palm, "God, I hope they were able to recover something of value."
"Me too. I just want this to be over with." Tsuki leaned back, her pregnant belly poking out of her typical grey ninja shirt.
Kakashi's eyes wandered down, "You feeling better since this morning?"
"Yup! I only puked twice." Tsuki proudly put her hands on her hips, "And nothing since then! It's a miracle, honestly."
Kakashi blew air out of his nostrils, "Good I'm glad, oh and by the way, Shizune is gonna find us a realtor, maybe by this weekend we can go look at houses. We only have five months to find a place, close a deal, and move everything so we're on a time crunch."
"Sounds like a plan." Tsuki crossed her fingers, "I'm hoping there's a good place out there for all of us."
Kakashi nodded, but was distracted by a knock at the door, "Come in!"
The Onaji duo was expecting Maki, head of the research department, but instead they were greeted by Sakura, "Kakashi-sensei! I'm here to drop off the hospital's budget for the fiscal year, is this a bad time?"
Kakashi waved her in, "No, no come on in Sakura, you're fine. We're just waiting for another meeting."
Sakura walked over to Kakashi's desk, slapping a thick stack of folders on the table top, making his eyes widen at the very detailed hospital budget for which he had to allocate the citizen's taxes to fund this public service.
"Don't worry." Sakura chuckled, "It looks like a lot but I divided the folders so you can see the itemized breakdown of every department." Sakura said, "The front paper has key points that I felt were important."
Kakashi flipped open the first folder and pulled out the paper full of bullet points. After skimming the page he spotted something of great interest,"What? You've created a surplus? That might be enough to cover universal healthcare for the village.."
Tsuki's eyebrows scrunched in disbelief, "Wait, really?!" She immediately stood up and leaned over the desk to read the paper, "We've been trying to get universal healthcare in the village forever! But there were so many reparations that we had to make first after the war that we never had the money!"
