Theo and Draco tried to work up a plan, to draw Bellatrix out she wanted Narcissa's necklace back she was going to have to get it herself. Draco had lived with his aunt, for long enough after she escaped Azkaban to know a little of how she responds to their little ruse.
Draco was certain that Bellatrix would know if they were plotting a plan against her, she was always had such a suspicious nature. Anything or anyone she didn't trust she questioned, Theo and Katherine had defied her many times, she wasn't likely to believe that they would hand her the necklace back.
"We can't give it to her," Draco said
"Don't you think I know that!" Theo yelled, he sighed pinching the bridge of his nose.
"First of all how are we going to draw her out?" Theo said a little calmer
"I will," Katherine said, standing in the doorway.
"I thought you were sleeping," he said, she crossed her arms walking into the room.
"When a head is dropped on your doorstep, your mind won't let you sleep, only seeing their faces,"
"Alright, but you aren't drawing her-
"Why not?" she protested, "I'm a little stronger, I'll be fine, she won't doing anything until she gets the necklace,"
"A little doesn't mean you're fit enough, plus how do you know she won't kill you on sight? You know what that note said, the next heads in boxes will be yours," Theo said
"I know very well what the note said, but we don't have any other choice," he turned his face away from her, clenching her jaw.
"It might work you know," Draco spoke
"Oh, I see when it's my girl your want to send her-
"No, I mean she's right, Bellatrix knows you're together, is Katherine doesn't have the necklace on her she'll know you have it," Draco explained
"Bargain the necklace for Katherine?" he questioned
"Yes, without the necklace she's weak, if she thinks you'll destroy, she'll offer you a deal, I'm sure of it," Theo and Draco both turned to Katherine.
"Are you sure you want to do this?" Theo asked, she nodded
"I want all to end before anyone else gets hurt," he smiled, wrapping his arms around her, she nuzzled her face into his chest.

28th March 2000, 12 Grimmauld Place
Theo had informed Harry of his plan. Needless to say, he couldn't understand, why Katherine and Theo went about this all alone. They could have come to him for help, rather than deal with the situation themselves, Theo briefed Katherine on what to do.
Katherine took a deep breath the plan was to appear like she was meet Harry, in Diagon Alley about a lead they had. To prevent suspicion, Theo agreed to stay at Grimmauld Place until Harry returned. Katherine waited for a little while, to give Harry chance to get to Diagon Alley.
"You don't have to do this," Theo told her
"We need to, the sooner this is over the soon, we can begin our life together," she told him, rest her forehead on his, he kissed her
"Does that mean you'll live with me after all this over?" he questioned
"I thought I was,"
"I assumed you'd want to go back to your flat-
"I was thinking of going back but I think it'll be really lonely now," she admitted
Meanwhile, in Diagon Alley,
Harry arrived at a cafe, that stood in the centre of Diagon Alley, someone would easily be able to see Katherine, all they need to be sure they'd draw Bellatrix out is Katherine's acting skills. Then he saw her, Katherine was walking along Diagon Alley, looking distraught like they had planned. 'Time to set the ruse in motion'
"Kat, are you alright," he asked sitting her down "what happened?"
"It's Theo, we had a big fight, and, and-
"Just take a deep breath, and tell me what happened" Katherine took a deep breath as he told her too
"The other night, a box was dropped off, outside of our home, it was awful, I told Theo that we should do as she says then we just started yelling at each other-
"You and Theo have had many fights before,"
"I know, I know," she sniffed, "I'm just to go to the bathroom," she walked away from Harry.
A crowd of people swarmed the cafe, Harry could have sworn that someone followed Katherine to the bathroom. He sighed knowing, know that now, it was left to Theo to trade the necklace for Katherine. Harry just hoped that Bellatrix took the trade.

'If you want your girl back, bring me the necklace, only then will you have her back'
Theo read over the note, 'at least Bellatrix was willing to make the trade' he thought. He put Narcissa's necklace in a box, to prevent the dark magic from affecting him too much. He hoped that his plan would work, he went through the entire plan with Harry and other Aurors that they worked with.
He waited at the agreed place, where Bellatrix would exchange Katherine for the Necklace, he looked around he couldn't see anyone. Black smoke flew around him stand just a few yards in front of him, Bellatrix she looked different, driven by her immortality, she seemed confident being out in the open like this.
"You came alone, wise choice" she smirked "hand me the necklace"
"Not until I know Katherine is alright," he stated, she rolled her eyes, she looked over to her left. Rodolphus and Rabastan Lestrange held Katherine's arms, she attempted to pull her arm away
"Are you alright-
"The necklace now," Bellatrix cut him off, he held out the box and his hand for Katherine.
"No don't-ahh"
"Quiet!" Rodolphus warned pulling her hair back.
"Katherine first," Theo stated, she flicked her eyes towards Rodolphus, he let Katherine go, Theo threw Bellatrix the necklace.
"Run," he whispered to her, Katherine ran she looked Theo was close behind her, she was confused as to why they had to run, that when she heard Bellatrix's wrath.
"Keep going!" Theo told her, as he passed her, he took her hand dragging her stopping just past a wall.
"Why stopping?" Katherine questioned
Bellatrix and the Lestrange brothers, trapped inside a boundary ward that the Aurors had set up before Bellatrix arrived. They had her the infamous Warrior trapped. As Theo checked over Katherine, he insisted that she saw a mediwitch, though she knew she was fine, just a few scratches and bruises. They watched as older and more experienced Aurors, took over in arresting the three wizards.
"How did you do it?" Katherine asked
"Do what?"
"Trick her, with the necklace,"
"I got the idea, from you when you duplicated the book," he said smiling at her "the real one is destroyed, I giving that one back to Narcissa,"
Katherine felt a weight lift off her chest, all the months of worrying, and fear for their lives and the people around them. It all came to an end, Theo had insisted on going to her trial, to see for himself the sentence Bellatrix would receive, hoping that the proper justice was served.
