Sid: I have signed the papers ... please read them once and then sign it ...

Anu: Why was it so necessary to bring divorce papers today? Today was a good day and wouldn't it be nice to remmember it from our marriage and not our divorce...

Sid: Our marriage no longer brings happiness to me ...

And she nodded weakly..

Anu: I understand that you are hurt and anger but -

Sid(intrupts): None of your explanations can make it any better ... Even if u have a valid reason to cheat me , still what I feel will not change ... Forget about the vows or promises , you broke something you can't mend ever ... You broke my trust Anushka ... My trust on this relationship,  I left my mom's house just because i trusted on us and this relationship , When we got to know that you are pregnant,  even i was frightened.. Responsibility of a child is not easy but i had that trust in us but now nothing makes sense and nothing will make sense ... I can't forgive you Anushka,  I don't have a big heart ... So now you better read this , and sign ..

Anu: I don't have to read this .. I trust you and I know that you still won't do any injustice to me ...

And she was about to sign when siddharth intrupted ...

Sid: Anaya will always stay with me , you can come and meet her but I will be her legal guardian... This is mention there...

And she paused for a while but then signed the papers ...

Anu: I know you are a good father... I will be more relieved if she will be under you guidance ...

Sid: But you should come and see her sometimes .. even she can stay with you at weekends or any setting we can do ... She needs you as much as she needs me .. she is an innocent, little girl .. let's not break her heart between our fight ...

Anu: I am scared that,  i will see her, i won't be able to leave her .. Its better if I see her less ... It would hurt me less ...

Sid: What about her ? She takes your name in sleep , she sometimes woke up crying and looking for you ... Its better for you to get a little more than she has to be ... Its your fault not hers ...

Anu: Why are you so cruel to me Siddharth? Its even difficult for me ...

Sid: because it hurts to see her upset ... She has a suprise party planned for us today ... She loves us , She trusts us , we are her idols and look what we are doing to her ... We are lying to her constantly, And i don't know about you but I feel guilty about it ..

And she rested her head on the table crying ..  She don't know how to tell Siddharth what she is really scared about ... She is scared that Riyaz will treat her like an alien,  She is scared that one day she will disappoint her because of her love life... She is scared that people will blame her little daughter for the sins she committed... She just wants to protect her , even if that hurts her ..

Anu: I don't wanna argue with you anymore... At the party , we have to tell her something even if its a lie ... I can't see her ...

Sid: I can't believe this Anushka... I can't believe you are saying this ...

Anu: Siddh-

But before she could complete Siddharth's phone rang ... It was from landline of his house ... (A/N: Landlines only exist in stories..lol)

Sid: Hello ...

Anaya: Papa .. Papa .. ouch ouch..

Sid (seriously worried) : What happened baby?

Anaya: Papa *cries* My ankle ...

Sid: What happened? Is there someone near you ? Did u fell or something ?

Anaya: No one is here and fell from stairs .. please come home ...

Sid: Okay okay.. baby i will be right there ..

And he stood to leave after hanging the call but Anu held her hand ..

Anu: what happened?

Sid: Anaya... She fell from the stairs..

Anu: Siddharth,  Its her trap to get us there...

Sid: What?

Anu: She has planned a party for us .. Its a trap .. Plus there is no possibile way that no one is there .. Atleast staff would be there .. Actually everybody will be there is a party tonight..

Sid: Oh yes .. you are right .. its a trap .. But wait why didn't she call you yet then ?

Anu: because its our anniversary... And whom else we would be with , except of each other... and she is right we are together... even if for a different cause ... Our daughter is very Smart Siddharth... Way more smarter than we think ... That's why i am saying, let's tell her before she gots to know from somewhere else ... Because then she even will be more hurt ...

Sid: Hm .. Let's go now ...

And they left for Nigam House ... They reached there acted all panick , they opened the door but it was dark inside , only a little light of moon , from the open door was there , which didn't make a big difference to be honest...

Sid: Anaya , Anaya where are u baby ? And why is it so dark here?

Anu: Yes , baby where are you .. Mom and Dad are worried for you ..

They acted , and then suddenly,  the lights went on and all of them expect Sidnushka (of course) jumped, shouting SUPRISE... and they acted suprise... Then Anaya ran to them ..

Anaya: Happy Anniversary Mom dad ..

And she hugged Anu first , who carried her in her arms ... Anu hugged her warmly and tightly , as a tear fell from her eye ..

Anu: Thank you so much Baby ..

And she kissed her hair .. And then Anaya hugged Sid ..

Sid: Was that (mimicking her) Papa my ankle (normal) a drama?

And she giggled , with her hand covering her mouth and Sid made a fake and cute angry face ..

Sid: Such a drama queen .. Just like your mom ..

And he looked at her while she looked at him , and the other second their smile vanished and their eyes got filled with tears ... They looked at each other remmembering them happy togther.. And Today they are DIVORCED..
