The city quickly zoomed by, as the car entered an area filled with smaller but extremely fancy buildings.

"This is our residential district, every smasher lives here." Link explained. "I live on the one on the hill, with my fellow swordsmen, Fire Emblem people. He said as he pointed at a mansion on a hill.

"This is insane," I said, amazed by the sheer size of the houses. "These mansions are at least ten times bigger than my old house."

"Well, you'll get used to it." Link said as he pulled out an ocarina. "Let me show you one of my specialties."

"Link NO!" Samus yelled as Link laughed hysterically. "Spare me..."

"She doesn't like it." Link said while laughing. "I'll show you my skills another day."

I love this, this is exactly what I imagined everyone to be. I'm gonna love it here.

After another short while, the car slowed down as we pulled into a driveway. Turns out, my new home is located on the very far edge of the town, I wonder why?

After Samus kicked us out of her car, I got a good look at the classy brick exterior and various vegetation surrounding me. Everything and anything that I could reach with my eyes, screamed, damn these folks are rich.

We walked onto the front steps and eventually in front of the entrance to the mansion. Samus knocked on the door three times, and an additional 6 times because the first three resulted in radio silence.

"Yeah, coming!" Said a young voice inside the house.

After about 10 seconds, the door swung open, with two people standing behind it. One of whom was a boy with jet black hair wearing a striped long-sleeved shirt, the other was a boy with golden blond hair with a sea blue shirt with three triangles on it. OH BOY, IT'S THEM. Now it's the time to really act cool, I said to myself.

"Can you open the door any harder?" Samus said. "Just a thought, wouldn't want to see you two getting a door replacement for the 6th time."

"Yeah yeah, whatever." The kid with the stripes said. "Where's the kid?"

"Don't be shy, say hi!" Link said as he embarrassingly pulled me from behind his back. "These are your comrades from now on."

I was now face to face with them, my idols, in person, inches away.

"H-" I couldn't start my sentence. "Um-"

Saying I had butterflies in my stomach would be an understatement, I had an entire flock of bald eagles poking away inside my body. You can't blame me, I was so nervous. The awkward silence continued to go on, I didn't say anything, they didn't say anything back. Even though their expressions were blank, I could tell they were on the verge of dying of laughter, I'm glad they were being respectful.

"Hai I'm...uhh..uh Villager, nice to me-eet you t-two uh." A beyond horrid way to start a conversation, but I guess it broke the ice. "Ness and Toon L-linkk, yes? I-uh, uh think you two are, uh c-coo-ol."

Both of them suddenly started laughing, it wasn't a taunting type of laugh, more like a friendly type.

"Hey man, guess we are famous enough," Ness said, holding out his hand for me to shake it, which I did. "Nice to meet you too, Villager, man is that your name?"

"Ye-eah," I said quietly.

"Guess you know my name too, I practiced my introduction for nothing." Toon Link said. "Nice to meet you, oh and nice shirt."

"Than-anks," I said. "Yours look nice as well."

"Alright, we gotta go. Come on Link. Your luggage will probably be dropped off later, but that's not my business." Samus said while preparing to leave. "Take care of yourself, call me if they do something you don't like, I'll bring a cane."

"You sure love your sticks, Miss Aran," Ness said as Samus turned around and gave him a death stare, then stormed off. Toon link laughed, I awkwardly laughed along too.

"Alright, good luck little Villager. And Ness and TL, take good care of him, please." Link said while giving me a fist bump, then following Samus back into her car.

The car took off and the awkwardness continued.

"So...Are you gonna...come in?" Said Ness.

"Yeah!" I answered back. I think I was a bit too enthusiastic. "I mean, sure."
