Emily sat in the flat and smiled as she answered the door and saw Iain and looked to him and smiled

"hey" she said as he walked in "hi I wanted to see how you are, where's calleigh" he asked as Emily smiled

"she's sleeping she's  been up most of the night so she's taking a nap but it's fine" Emily said as Iain sat with her and smiled

"I thought we could talk over things" he said as she nodded, they held a look saying nothing for a moment

"I know I am a jerk and I am sorry but I do want to make it out with you as I know that you mean the world to me and that I love you" Iain said as Emily placed a hand on top of his and smiled

"I love you too and I do want to make it work but I do know it isn't easy at all and that the last thing I want to do is loose you I mean your calleigh dad but you did cheat on me but I inked I do still love you" Emily said as Iain looked to her and nodded

"I know but I do want to try. I want us to take it slow and try please" Iain said as they held a look as she looked to him and nodded. Emily knew that she was scared but did want to try

"okay let's try" Emily said as he pulled her close and kissed her

Emily got to work and smiled as she saw Leah and looked to Her and smiled

"are you okay" Leah asked as Emily smiled

"yeah I think so. Iain and I were talking and we agreed we are going to try again and take it slow I mean I know it won't be easy but I do want to try and do the best thing" Emily said as Leah looked to her and smiled

"you always do the best thing I mean I know it's hard but it was hard for you to take him back and if anyone can sort it. It is you and Iain it will be oaky" Leah said as Emily looked to her and smiled.

"I hope that you are right as I do want to make it work but it won't be easy at all but I know we do love each other and we are doing this for calleigh and that she is the one that we need to think over and it won't be easy" Emily said as Leah walked over to her and hugged her

"your not alone, your my sister and I love you and I am going to be here for you and I will look after you. You don't need to worry you are not alone and he made a mistake and we both know he never meant to hurt you" Leah said as Emily looked to her and smiled hoping that she was right

Emily walked into the ambulance bay and smiled as she saw Iain as he looked to her and smiled

"are you okay" Iain asked as she looked to him and smiled

"I'm okay, it's just one of those days that's all" she said as he looked to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled

"it will get better" he said as she smiled as he leant in and kissed her

Emily kissed him back feeling torn over what was going on with her and Iain knowing she didn't want to rush anything knowing it was a mess but could they make it work?
