Emily frowned to herself as she woke up and realised that she was in an empty bed. She stood from the bed and walked out of the room and towards the nursery. She spotted Iain who held calleigh in his arms and smiled. She knew how much he loved their daughter and knee how good he was with her. She stood in the doorway and watched him with her "your such a good girl for your daddy aren't you, yes you are and that means you aren't allowed to leave daddy's sight until your thirty" Iain said as Emily rolled her eyes at him "thirty? That's a bit extreme isn't it?" Emily said as Iain turned around to face her and smiled "your so good with her, who around of thought that you would adjust to fatherhood so quickly?" She asked as he looked to her and smiled as he placed calleigh back in the cot asleep.

Iain walked over to her as she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him to her "it's so hot, you being s good dad" she said as he grabbed her waist and edged her towards the bedroom "not as hot as you in my shirt and nothing but" he said as he ran his hands up her top causing goosebumps to rise on her skin as she leant in and kissed him passionately. He pulled her close and pushed her onto the bed before he climbed on top of her and kissed her. They stripped off as she looked to him and smirked before he pulled her close and pushed into her causing her to moan as he started to move in and out of her. She dug her nails into his back and rolled her head back as she felt herself reach her high.

Later that day, Emily walked out of resus after loosing a patient. She threw the bloody clothes that she wore on the bin and sighed as Leah walked down the hall and looked to her "are you okay?" Leah asked her sister "I lost a patient" Emily said as Leah looked to her and smiled "it's part of the job, we can't help it sometimes" Leah said as Emily looked to her and smiled as Leah sat next to Emily in reception as Emily ran her hands through her hair "it's the first patient I have lost, since cal, since I couldn't save him. I'm a Doctor and I'm meant to be saving people and I feel like I'm failing" Emily said as Leah looked to her and smiled "your not, your a great doctor" Leah said as Emily looked to her and smiled.

Later that day, Emily day on the staffroom as Iain walked in and looked to her and smiled. He walked over to her and took a seat next to her as he saw that she was upset and wrapped an arm around her and smiled "I talked to Leah, are you okay?" He asked as she looked to him and nodded. They heard yelling outside of the staffroom and frowned as they walked out of the staffroom and saw the husband of the patient that Emily had lost earlier. He spotted her and walked over as he hand a gun "you, you killed my wife" he said "I'm sorry" Emily said as he went to shit the gun as Iain pushed her away and stepped in front only to get shot.

Emily looked in shock and felt as if she couldn't breathe as she watched as he fell to the ground. She ran over to him and tried to support the bleeding as he was hit in the chest. He looked up at her and smiled "I love you" Iain said as she looked to him and frowned "no, don't you tell me that, your fine" she said as he looked to her and smiled as he lost consciousness "Iain, Iain skin you dare die on me" she said as he had lost consciousness as Emily sat there cradling his lifeless body on her lap.
