Emily sighed as she woke up next to Iain who was still asleep. She looked to him and poked him "go away" he mumbled into the pillow "Iain" she groaned "I'm sleeping" he said as she rolled her eyes. She grabbed a glass of water off of the side and looked to him smirking before she flicked him with a bit of water "Emily" he said as she smirked and poured the water on him "that’s it" he said as he shot up after Emily who stood form the bed "Iain" she squealed as he grabbed a hold of her and pinned her the wall in the hallway "you are a minx" he said as she giggled as he started to kiss her neck "you love me" Emily said as lain looked to her "yeah, I do" he said as she smiled to him.

Emily walked into the kitchen and smiled as she spotted Iain cooking bacon, he was topless "you know that’s quite dangerous" Emily said as she leant across the kitchen bench top and smiled "oh I know things that are a lot more dangerous, letting getting involved with you" Iain said as he handed her a plate of bacon. She looked to him and smirked "I am the best thing that ever happened to you Mr dean" Emily said as Iain smirked "oh you certainly are miss Beauchamp" he said as she smirked. "are you at work?" "night shift, later, me and Leah are going shopping, I need to get some things for this little girl" Emily said as she placed a hand on her stomach and Iain smiled to Emily "so I have been thinking of names" Iain said as Emily looked to him "you and names? Please tell me it’s a normal name" Emily said as Iain rolled his eyes as he took a seat opposite her "Elsie?" He said and she frowned "no, it sounds like an old lady name" Emily said as Iain rolled her eyes "what about you, what do you think?" He asked "matilda?" "no" "well decide something" Emily said as she glanced to the time "I have to go and meet Leah, I'll see you at work later" Emily said as she walked over and kissed his cheek and walked off

Emily sat with Leah after shopping, she ordered some food and smiled to Leah. She could tell that she wasn’t coping "are you okay?" She asked Leah who smiled and nodded. Emily sighed, knowing that she wasn’t alright "Leah?" "I--I don’t know how to do this, without cal. I miss him so much and it hurts" Leah sad as she started to cry. Emily could tell that Leah was struggling with it all "you aren't alone Leah, trust me on this, I am here, you have our mother and I am having a baby and I'm just as terrified about it as you are. Cal is still with you, even if he isn't officially, you have something that keeps you connected to him for life" Emily said as Leah smiled.

Emily walked into work later and frowned as she spotted Iain walked out from Connie's office with a grin on his face. She looked to him and frowned "why have you got a grin like a cherished cat?" Emily asked as Iain walked over to her and smirked. He placed a hand on her waist and pulled her close "wouldn’t you like to know? Iain said as he kissed her. She rolled her eyes "Iain" she groaned "later...in the pub" Iain said as he walked over. Leah walked over to Emily and smiled "and what is he up to?" Leah asked "something...your guess is as good as mine, come to the pub with me, if he's going to embarrass me in public I need someone to help me kill him" Emily said as Leah laughed "you can't kill him, he's the father of your child" Leah said "can't I?" She smirked.

Emily walked into the pub later that night with Leah and sam. Leah didn’t know about Sam and Emily's past and Emily didn’t want to bring it up, knowing how upset she was over Cal and how Sam had been there to help her. Emily spotted Iain and he smirked as he walked over to her and took her hand and pulled her to him "what are you doing?" She asked as Iain smirked to her and got down on one knee. Se paled slightly "Iain.." She said "when I met you, I know that you were something special and now you're having my child...our child and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, will you marry me?" Iain asked "yes" Emily said as Iain smiled to her and pulled her into a hug. She looked to him and kissed him " I love you" "I love you too" Iain said.
