Emily was worried. She was worried over what was going on. She felt like everyone was being off with her and she didn't know why. She felt as if she had done something wrong.

Emily sighed to herself as she walked into the kitchen. She had Calleigh on her hip who was babbling away. Emily walked over to where Iain was In the kitchen. He looked to her and smiled as she leant in and kissed him. Emily knew that there had been a lot of stress of those relationship but Emily didn't want it to come between them . She loved Iain and she wanted to make it work with them and she knew it was hard and that it was easier said than done but she didn't want to give up on them

"we are okay aren't we?" Emily asked Iain. He looked to her and smiled as he leant in and kissed her

"of course we are, you don't need to worry. We are fine" Iain said as Emily looked to him and smiled. She placed a hand on his cheek and smiled as he leant in and kissed her passionately. Emily looked to Iain for a moment to see if he was lying

"I promise, it's all okay" Iain said as Emily looked to him and smiled

Emily got to work and smiled as she saw leah

"hey" Emily said as she walked over to her sister. Leah looked to her and smiled. Leah felt bad knowing what she knew over Iain. She knew how Emily deserved to know the truth and she hated that she was lying to her sister when her sister had been there for her so much

"is everything okay?" Emily asked as Leah looked to her and smiled

"yeah I guess" Leah said as Emily looked to her and frowned. Emily wasn't stupid and she could see that there was something that was bothering her. Leah was being off with her and Emily didn't it at all. She was worried that she had done something

"you know that you can always tell me if there is something that is bothering you, I am your sister and I love you" Emily said as Leah smiled.

Leah knew that she was keeping how Iain had slept with ruby from Emily but she knew she didn't want to break her sisters heart

Emily walked into the ambulance bay and smiled as she saw Iain. He looked t other and frowned "hey are you okay?" He asked as she walked over to him and hugged him

"no, it's all a mess. Leah is keeping something from me and I hate it" Emily said with tears in her eyes as Iain held her close

"hey, it's going to be okay I promise I am here and I love you and I am not going anywhere" Iain said as he leant in and kissed Emily. She kissed him back as she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him close as the kiss got more passionate. He lead her to the back of the ambulance as he lifted her up and carried her into the back.

She looked to him and smirked as they stripped off. She moaned as he kissed her neck causing to moan as she ran her hands through her hair as he pulled her close and pushed into her causing her to moan as he started to move in and out of her.

Emily ran her nails down his back and moaned as she felt herself get close. Emily knew that there was something going on but she had no idea of how the truth of it all would break her heart completely and ruin everything

Emily stood in the ED as Connie walked over to her and smiled "I need to talk to you" she said as Emily looked to her and frowned

"what's up?" "Come on" Connie said as she lead a confused Emily to her office. Emily walked in and looked to connie

"mum your scaring me is it the cancer?"

"No, there's something that you need to know and I'm sorry I didn't want to tell you this but it's Iain, he slept with ruby" Connie said as Emily looked to her and frowned feeling heartbroken
