Nandito ako ngayon sa cafe at nakatingin sa kawalan. Kanina lang ako nandito at ramdam ko na nakatingin na sa akin ang mga employees.
Kumunot ang noo ko nang may biglang umupo sa vacant seat.May nilagay siyang dalawang kape at isang piece of cake.I looked at him and I was shocked and angry at the same time!
"You!"galit kong sabi sa kanya at tumayo.
"Wait!I just wanna sit, because there's no vacant seat left."he reasoned out but I rolled my eyes.
"Really?"I said, sarcastically and looked around us.
"Okay, alright."He gave up and scratch his nape."Uhm.I just wanna talk to you."
"Well, I don't."sabi ko at naghulikipkip.
"Please, gusto ko lang makausap ka. I just want to know what happened to you and Liam?"he said, hoping.
"He cheated."I said, bluntly and he was silent.After minutes, I decided to ask him a question."Tell me, Jaxon. Did you regret what you did?"tanong ko at ramdam kong natigilan siya.
"I've been inlove with Angel since childhood, but I know she likes someone else, and that's Liam."He said and sipped his coffee.
"Then, why ruin them?"I asked, and he looked at me, like he was about to answer then he decided not to."Okay, don't answer. I already know the answer. You're selfish!"sabi ko at napaiwas naman siya nang tingin.
"Sigurado kaba talaga na hinalikan ni Liam ang babae? Baka ang babae humalik sa kanya."I scoffed of what he said. Really? He's siding with that a**hole!
"Then why didn't he push her?Bakit hinintay pa niya na makikita ko iyon?"tanong ko sa kanya at napaisip naman siya.
"Maybe, he was shocked. Kahit naman sino ay magugulat nang mahalikan ka bigla."sabi niya na nagpipikon sa akin.Screw that 'what ifs and maybe'!
"Yeah, right."sabi ko at inirapan siya.
"Maybe, its just a misunderstanding that happen to you both. Just talk it out and the problem will be solved."he said that made me want to slap him, because he's right!And I hated that!I hate thinking that I should talk to him and fix the situation.Bakit kailangan ako?Bakit hindi pwede siya?Dapat siya ang lumapit dahil siya naman ang may kasalanan!
"I don't want to talk to him."I said to him, firmly and that made him sighed.
"Okay."He raised his hand, feeling hopeless and surrendering to defeat."To answer your question. No, I didn't regret it, but I regret that our friendship was on the line. I'm not selfish, because I have my reasons."He stand and fix his coat. I was confused. What does he mean he has reasons?"Oh, and by the way. Your friends are here. They are just waiting for the right time to come to you. Good day."he said and left.
Napatingin ako sa paligid ko at nakita ko si Emma at Rachel na nakatingin sa akin, pero noong nakita nang dalawa na nakatingin ako sa kanila ay napaiwas sila nang tingin. I sighed and grab my coffee and went to their table.
They were shocked when I sit at the vacant seat. They were staring at me while I sip my coffee. My brows furrowed, thinking how did he know my favorite coffee? But I just shrugged that thought, thinking that it was a lucky guess.
"We heard what happened. Do you wanna go home?"Rachel asked me.
"I shouldn't be feeling this way. I don't have the right."I said and put the coffee down and massage my foreheads.
"Yes, you do. You are his girlfriend-"
"No, I'm not!"sabi ko na nagpatigil sa kanila. I sighed, thinking that maybe this is the right time to tell them the reason for our lovey-dovey.
