"Oh my gosh!Really?"Rachel was overjoyed, hearing the news. She was clapping her hands, nonstop.
"Yes."tipid na sabi ni Emma at nag-iwas nang tingin. Napangiti ako,'I'm happy for her.'
"Kailan na kayo?"tanong ko at ngayon sa akin naman napabaling ang mga tingin nila.
"10 months."sagot ni Matthew.
"Wow!And you didn't tell us, Emma?"tanong ni Rachel at mukhang disappointed. Disappointed din naman ako, dahil hindi niya sinabi sa amin. But that would just make me a hypocrite. Knowing na hindi ko sinabi sa kanila ang deal namin ni Llama.
"Natakot kasi ako, baka magalit kayo."sagot ni Emma na nagpatigil sa amin.Bakit kami magalit?'
"Bakit naman kami magagalit?"tanong ko.
"Well-"
"Oh!Stop this drama, we should enjoy the party!Birthday ngayon ni Emma."sabi ni Rachel at pumunta ulit si dance floor. Halata naman na sinabi lang niya iyon upang makasayaw na siya ulit. Typical Rachel.
"Hayaan muna iyon."sabi ko sa kanila na mukhang nag-alala para kay Rachel na nandon sa dance floor. Umalis na din si Emma dahil may babatiin pa na mga bisita. Umupo sa tabi ko si Matthew at kinuha ang alak at nilagay sa baso. He drank it and looked at me.

"You really are smart."I can hear the amusement in his voice and its feeding my ego.
We were just drinking when the music suddenly stop and we saw Rachel infront of the whole stage holding a microphone and a bottle of liquor.'This girl, really. Halatang lasing na!'
"I would like to tell you that this is a special day for my best friend who is Emma Rose Lewis!"she said happily in her drunk voice."Let's sing a happy birthday, ya'll!"sigaw niya at nagsimulang magkanta ang mga bisita kay Emma. Even I and Matthew were singing and approaching Emma. Matthew gave her a kiss in a cheek that made me smile."At isa pa!Ang boyfriend na kasama niya iyan ay ang may-ari nang bar!"sigaw at napailing naman kami ni Emma, pero si Mathhew ay naka-ngisi. What can I expect!He's confident!
Nagsimula magbukas nang regalo si Emma. The first gift she opened is from Matthew and it was a necklace like mine but the only difference is instead of a guitar, it was a red rose. Nilagay ni Matthew sa leeg ni Emma ang kwintas. His brows furrowed asking who gave the guitar necklace and Emma looked at my direction, and Matthew followed. Nang makita niya na ako ang nagbigay ay napasimangot siya kaya inirapan ko ito.
Rachel gave fashion clothes to Emma, while Simmone gave her a cd probably some country music because Emma loves that. Pero napatigil ako sa susunod na regalo!It was a guitar!Could it be?
